Honestly one of the worst kwik trips. pumps rarely ever work or are on in the morning. Dirty outside, and even the air pump has been broken and laying in the grass for about a month now.

Theres a mask mandate for a reason. Stop allowing your employees to be too pu$$y to enforce it. Mask up or leave period.

I love the Kwik Trip stores but, for as busy as they are, why do so many of them (this one included) only have single occupancy restrooms? Mark them as unisex. Theres no reason a man cant use an unoccupied women room or vise versa.

The outside of the Kwik Trip looks like its from a dystopian future!

Convenient but most expensiveKT used to be a reasonably priced inside store, however, after they became a monopoly in Madison they always have the highest price for gas and the inside store prices jumped much higherI think they are greedily taking advantage of their dominance in Madison and racking the money in from their customers who are often times stressed financiallyI am making it a point to no longer go their stations or storesPlease make a point and do the same

Came to this Kwik Trip need gas didn’t think I would have a guy yell on the intercom that they were now closed and the pumps are shut off. Why shut off the pumps and no need to shout at people coming to the pumps. There were other people there as well and they also thought this guy was rude.

I go for gasoline and car wash . Car wash does it’s job . Have yet to be inside the building but the outside is clean .

I like this Kwik trip the employees are always nice and helpful and it has a nice selection and is always clean I go there all the time

Love Kwik Trip. Best coffee in town. Better and cheaper than Starbucks. You can customize it to get the flavor you want. They even have a whip cream dispenser. You want your coffee cold? They have it too.Cheapest bananas in town. Most of the time eggs are cheaper than a the grocery store.With the rewards card you can get free burgers or chicken sandwiches.It may be just me, but I think they have the best burgers in town too.Just great!

I love this gas station! Its super convenient with lots of snack and groceries. Plus the staff is amazing.

Almost every time I get gas here I have to go inside to get the receipt because the pumps are always out of paper. Going to start going somewhere else.

Great Kwik Trip... When its open.But what Kwik Trip closes at 10pm???There are two across the street from each other and neither are 24/7.the PDQ was open until 11..The pumps didnt even work tonight at 10:15.

Their selection of fresh salads and other lunch/dinner options is great! The staff are all friendly and constantly remind me to grab a fork or other utensil when they notice I may have forgotten them!

Bathroom is a one-holer. Why does this huge, newish gas station have a one-holer bathroom. Thats half the point of a gas station. also congested lot bc strange layout and trucks use it as a truck stop even though there is only one diesel pump. They should have a big coffee thermos and a piss jug instead, like the old schoolers.

Found my French cappuccino placeeee 🤗🤗🤗🤗 not watered down and doesnt have a weird taste. Would definitely not recommend the donuts tho 😂😂

I fell on my back a few weeks ago in their parking lot that was not salted. Their insurance company (Zurich )will not return my phone calls and I lost wages from work and went to the doctor numerous times. I tried to keep a lawyer out of this but they have left me no choice. I have trouble with my back everytime I bend. Seems highly unethical on their part.

YES! they finally have hot food.. while I am glad of the new selections.... I am still looking to see what the service will be like... the visual view has some concerns as they covered the windows with tobacco racks making it look trashy to me..... I know they wanted to let t light in but blocking the glass still blocks the light with the tobacco products.... at least it doesnt smell like smoke in there yet. oh was in the rest room and saw the sharps container... be care ful someone placed razor blades in it and they are showing, hope no kid gets thier fingers in tehre messing around

Usually everyone is friendly and helps us with whatever we need but today when I stopped in, the lady at the register was extremely rude and very condescending.

There was sand on the lettuce in the sandwich I ate.

Unfriendly to truckers do not syop here
