I placed a very small very simple order here with eatstreet. I got a notification that my order got canceled because the store closed. Turns out they just didnt have 2 of the 3 items. Instead of practicing good customer service and calling me and asking if I would like replacements they just canceled the whole order! I had to place a whole separate order just to get the one thing they did have because they did not have enough common sense to at least send that the first time.Unreal!

Such a convenient place to go for the essentials or a quick bite to eat. Does not have gas but for a place that is on a college campus it doesnt need to.

Oh My GOODNESS!!!!!I met the most superb young man working at this establishment.To begin, half the people working at the establishment look as if theyre ready to die, including this particular young man (I soon come to find Kevin is the name, and he knows the game). The moment I walked up to the counter his dull eyes lit like rays of sunshine, as if he had been reborn to only serve my desires. He delicately scanned my items. He had very soft hands. lovely smile. Please Hire more like kevin!!!

The only complaint about this place I have is the loading truck. In the summer the loading truck was fine. But now starting at the beginning of September, they decided to load their food every night from 10:30 pm to 12:40am. The truck created really disturbing noises for people in the nearby residential area.

Much needed option near campus. No more will you overpay at the Union for lackluster food. Get it at Kwik Trip for 1/3 the price. You cant beat that. They know how to cater to college students on a budget. Also a good selection of groceries. Nothing bad to say about this place.

My goodness where do I even start. I frequent this KT probably way too much, but it’s just so good I keep coming back.. and it’s like 100 ft from my front door. It’s like an addiction worse than juuling. But I mean this place has everything. Throwing a huge tail gate? All the twisted tea, mich ultras, and white claws you could want. Wow I’m a fruit cake. Great customer service! They didnt have the item available on the roller grill that I came for but they were super nice about it and I really appreciated it.

I feel blessed to live so close to this glorious establishment. The only groceries I buy here are milk and eggs, which are super cheap, but I buy a ton of hot food here because its close to my house and ridiculously convenient (and surprisingly good).

I have been into this Kwik Trip several times and the staff is amazing. They are always friendly and helpful. Plus having them where I live is an awesome perk.

This place is wonderful. They have reasonably priced and DELICIOUS coffee - not to mention the hot sandwiches are great when you are in a hurry! Be sure to grab a rewards card if you frequent the store, too, because youll earn free food and drinks with every 15th purchase.

Brought my girlfriend here for our two week anniversary as it was the only place taking reservations this late. Had a phenomenal experience! Was seated instantly and the waiter Sebastian Mendoza was a pleasure. Me and my girlfriend got the lunch special of 2 hot dogs and a 32 oz soft drink for 2$ talk about a steal! Sebastian brought the food to us before I could say Gazinga! Overall great experience, just wish my girlfriend would have said yes to my proposal!5/5

Convenient corner kwik trip thats sufficient for regular items such as milk, eggs, bananas, etc. However compared to other kwik trip it is a little limited. Also doesnt have a gas station attached to it.

She handled my complaint very well, and assured me that they will try harder to have items that are on sale or free as part of a text club or other promotion (to draw customers in) actually on hand. Because of her good, professional, response I changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars (but no more, since it should happen very rarely, not three straight times).PREVIOUS REVIEW:This Kwik Trip is large, has lots of food and items, and is clean every time Ive stopped in. However, I have gone three times in the past few months to get the coffee special from their texts and the Hooked app. All three times theyve been out of the coffee and told me they would be refilled in about 5 or 10 minutes. That 5 to 10 minutes of twiddling my thumbs would have felt like an eternity, so I left all three times without the product that lured me there.I would give this Kwik Trip a zero star rating if I could since being out of a special they sent you all three times is not a blip; its a trend. Very frustrated to have wasted my time going there only to find that they are out of the special they used to lure me (and other customers) there.

Overall, this Kwik Trip is a welcome addition to the Camp Randall area. The summer before it opened, I was usually forced to stop at the nearby 7 Eleven for mediocre, overpriced convenience items.The staff are courteous and efficient (even if they can be a little slow to respond to the formation of a line to check out), and they do a good job keeping everything stocked.Rarely do they not have any of my favorites available (one of my key peeves at a few other Kwik Trip locations), and I can always find something inexpensive and quick if Im in a hurry.If you are ever in a pinch and need to watch a Packer or Badger game on cable, stop in and sit in the lounge area. They usually have the TV tuned to something interesting. The only drawback here is the occasional homeless creeper chilling out there.The lack of five stars is mainly due to the parking situation. It can be sometimes hard to find a spot nearby, especially around 9pm when Madison Police night shift officers bogart all the spots.

The staff was super nice, pleasant, friendly, and accommodating to me when I had various questions and needed help with something (especially Max, thank you to him especially!).I was pleasantly surprised at the wide selection of food and other items for a corner shop. (Apparently they did a whole bunch of upgrades at the beginning of 2018, if I heard correctly?) It looks really nice inside.The store even has machines that freshly prepare milkshakes, fresh smoothies, fruit shakes, frozen lemonade, frappés, macchiatos, and more! I felt like a kid in a candy shop, especially getting to watch the partly robotic machine make the smoothie right in front of me. It felt so futuristic. (Cheap thrills.)(Also, I love smoothies but they’re usually expensive near campus, unlike these reasonably priced ones at Kwik Trip. And you get whipped cream and/or toppings for drinks!)Plus, they have sodas that you can also flavor if you want to, slushies, a nice selection of herbal teas, and a wide variety of ready-made coffee.)If you’re looking for some cheap and quick lunch/dinner options they have pre-made hot food (e.g. cheeseburgers, fish sandwiches, and other options). They also have sandwiches, salads, fruit, take-and-bake pizzas, (and pizza slices, I think?), ice cream and more.They also have a little glassed-in corner dining area which could maybe be used for studying if it’s not too busy, especially since the UW library that is open for 24-hours (on weekdays) is clear on the other side of campus.The fact that it’s open 24/7 is amazing, especially if you really need something to eat and everywhere else is closed, or if you need some basic medicine items like pain relievers in the middle of the night. (Though, I feel bad for the employees who work those shifts ☹).(I’m sorry to see that another customer had a bad experience; I’m glad mine was very positive.)My experience was very pleasant and inviting -- the store seemed quite well-lit and far more upscale than most convenient stores I’ve been to, especially for being 24/7.It’s my new favorite corner store. 😊 Thanks to the staff for being so nice!
