This place is not well named. I am sitting here and have been for the last 16 minutes as I try to pump $35 worth of gas. The pump is so slow. Will never be stopping here again. How sad is it that it takes so long that I have time to look up the name of the place and leave a review while my gas is still pumping.

A friend recently recommended that I give In & Out Mini Mart a try, because they know my love for authentic Mexican food. This aint no Tex-Mex, Rosies or Phils - it is straight up homemade Mexican street food.As you go in the door, the 3 smiling faces of the ladies who work there are very much visible. They are happy to see you and answer any questions you might have.The corn tortillas were being pressed in the back, and I could see the cook stacking them up for future tacos. I decided to go with the traditional tacos pastor (spicy pork). She asked me if I wanted lettuce and cheese, but I knew better. She was glad to see that I knew the traditional way to eat them. I ordered 4 @ 1.50 a pop, and went to pay. They print out a ticket, and you pay for it at the gas station through the door. While they dont have horchata, the gas station does have drinks made in Mexico (Jarritos, Jumex, etc).When I returned, my plate of tacos was ready, and let me tell you - it was a lot of food. I should have only ordered 2 tacos. The pork was hot and spicy, and you could the meat was not finely ground up, but there were huge chunks of pork. The woman using the blender to make the salsas kindly brought me the 2 flavors. The verde was mild, and the red was a little on the hot side for me. I love spicy food, so be warned, your taste buds may explode.The traditional lime wedge was served alongside the tacos, and I squeezed the juice onto each of the tacos.The freshness of this simple dish was amazing. I cant wait to go back.
