Called Raven yesterday about putting a new battery into my laptop. Told me they could do it tomorrow so today I went there to have them do it and it was done quickly and everything is working fine.They even cleaned the outside of my computer and keyboard and it looks great!Highly recommended and also glad to support an independent local company.

Steve cleaned computer of dust, checked fans working OK and updated bios which was part of reason for some issues I had with my desktop. Staff helped me carry the box outside when it was time to pick it up. Definitely recommend it.

They rebuilt a computer for my husband. He was very happy with their ability to customize the screen and desk top. Since then we have taken all of our computers to them. Most reasonable and honest computer place!

Extremely unprofessional business. I simply wanted to upgrade the drive and ram on my computer and was met with a large amount of rude and unprofessional responses. This “expert” first tried to claim that it was unlikely that he could clone my current drive to a new drive, a process I’ve seen and had done many times before without any trouble. He then tried to charge me hundreds of dollars more in parts than the parts he intended to install were actually worth so that he could pocket the extra money I would have been paying for those parts. Once I brought that to his attention, he stopped responding to me, and told me “sorry we can’t do business”, to which I asked for his reasoning, and was met with an explanation that this once doable job when we were talking about hundreds of dollars worth of up charged parts, is no longer doable because of the “challenge” it posed. He also felt it necessary to criticize the way in which I spoke to him over email which he decided was a relevant factor based on a one time use of “haha” that was in no way placed to offend. The whole experience was petty, under handed, shady, and spoke to a lack of professionalism and capability.

This place is great if you are looking for experts to help out with basically any of your technical needs when it comes to computers. I even went there once to get a computer amplifier repaired; they said that they couldnt do it but referred me to an A/V repair place down the road, who were equally as helpful and reasonably priced.As for pricing, they charge quite a bit less than much of the competition out there: Geek Squad, Apple Store, etc..The computers they have built for me and my business have all run great and been delivered to spec on-time, every time.

Without a doubt the best computer repair shop in the area. Better than any shop in Milwaukee too! Customer service was on point, everyone was super helpful and kept communication a constant! Got my computer back in an appropriate amount of time and it ran better than ever. Thanks a ton Steve!

Raven has been my go-to place for computer support, as both Steve and Brandon are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I love the remote service they offer, which definitely simplifies my life. Highly recommend Raven to all!

I bought a laptop & desktop computer because of the good reviews, & think its the one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. They were supposed to transfer my old files from the desktop to the new one, which they did, but unfortunately, my files dating back to 1990s, could not be opened & read on the new computer & I had donated my old one to them.I brought in both computers several times, while under warranty, but nothing ever got fixed. Finally, I just went back to using my 5 year old laptop, which was missing 3 keys & some pixels, but still worked better than their new ones. I finally was able to get some of the problems fixed by the free computer help at the library, which Raven never did fix.

Raven Computers – they’re awesome. So many great things to say and nothing what so ever to complain about. Various companies in Madison had my computer for literally weeks and no one could find the cause of my endless crazy-making pop-ups. Everything was running slow. Office 16 would not allow me to cut and paste; the list goes on and on. The guys at Raven worked tirelessly digging ever deeper until they found the bug. They’re men on a mission when it comes to viruses and malware. My computer came home like new. It’s been several months and everything continues to work great. Something I really appreciate about Raven is that they never suggested that the problem was me (it wasn’t), that I was clicking on unreliable sites, or that I needed to buy more software or additional products.I’ll never go anywhere else.

Brandon at Raven Computers fixed my laptop after my toddler got a hold of it and dropped it. Ultimately I needed several parts replaced and everything was fixed as promised for the price that was quoted. I work from home, so they were able to get it evaluated and the parts ordered so I could take it home and bring it back when the parts arrived. (It was functional, just cracked and the hinge was broken). I appreciated their frequent communication with me throughout the process as well.

Very nice and helpful staff. I needed some laptop screws and they brought all their available ones and helped me find similar ones among a thousand screws. I have a broken laptop and I am definitely taking it there to repair.

Have to say that I had a great experience with them. I brought in my desktop unit that they very quickly diagnosed as having a bad PSU. They had it fixed and ready to pick up within the hour for only $90 which is about what I would have paid on my own to try and fix it myself. The person was then courteous enough to carry my tower out to my car since my arms were filled with my 15 month old daughter. First time using them and I was impressed with the price and service.

They didnt erase all drives like I asked and they installed Windows on the wrong SSD. I was hoping to save time by having them take care of it for me. Instead I paid to have me redo it :/

Excellent customer service. I received help right away after an extremely frustrating experience with the Apple Store. Go see Brandon before you take your Mac to the Apple Store, just in case he can handle it.

My HDD crashed on my primary work PC. My backup PC failed to boot. I went into the store on a Friday and left with working PC the same day. My broken PC (that I will now use as a backup) was fixed by Monday. Great service from these guys.

Not happy at all. seemed verry shady. Im not verry computer savy but i can do a few things. I had a new hard drive installed (two screws and a quick conect wires i could do that) and install windows 7 (my disck) $149.99 ???? labor. i was told $80.00 ( they said they never told me that ) I had a hard time letting them do that stuff for $80.00 bucks but i was lazy and they also told me with that they will do all the updates. so i said what the heck. I picked up the tower and they added extra stuff (that i did not need nor want) in turn cost extra. they sold me a 500 gig hard drive. I get home and start to uninstall all that extra stuff they put on my computer to find out my 500 gig hard drive is a 148 gig hard drive. when i called them he said oops my fault bring it back (another hour round trip).To get a new 500 gig hard drive (70 bucks) installed with windows (not all the up dates and its my copy of windows that I bought a year ago) was $258.48I use my pc for gaming only its a over priced xbox but i will go back to doing things my self or worse case go to geek squad (yikes)If you use these people i do wish you the best. the one i delt with was nice in person. but i was going to do more with my computer they shot me a high price and i got a bad feeling so i backed out. to be honest i was going to do the install but when i called he said he allmost had it done with windows 7 so i said what the heck. my mistake

Brandon and Steve have bailed me out more times than I can count. They recovered photos and docs I thought were permanently lost in a bad crash. My desktop is a well-priced HP rebuilt from Raven and it runs like a top. Raven can work on my machines remotely, so that saves a lot of schlepping.
