Avoid! Sent me the wrong item out (one which is not even available on their website!?) and now ask me to return it to them via their inconvenient returns process before they will send me the correct item.

Only 1 star because no one mans the phones, and the options that changed, are all maned by machines. What if I need a live person and my concern cannot be answered by a robot, or recorded voice?

Im confused about if this store is all online OR if it is located at the address listed? Also, if in fact there is a place to physically shop inside the S.bop building, has it closed to the Public due to the pandemic?

Very good online store owned by Amazon. Have very nice high quality stuff that is not only clothes but purses, many shoes, hats, and house hold items as well. Even iPhone cases! Also its not only womens items but mens items as well!

Great place to work. Loved this job. Loved the merchandise - bought items from Shopbop. I wouldve given Shopbop five stars, but cannot due to some of their merchandise being way too expensive. But if youre persistent you can find something you can afford. Also, be alert for sales.

On this site I made orders on 2 different dates.specifically dividing orders so that there are no problems with payment at customs.but my orders were sent with delays and both in the same batch. now, because of your incompetent actions, I will have to pay customs duties. Making purchases in different online stores for the first time I encounter such unprofessionalism !such delays in sending orders are not possible in stores at levels such as Farfetch or Net-a-porter!
