Bought a faux Christmas tree on sale the day after Thanksgiving. Weve had trouble with another tree that incrementally lost power to the three light strands over the years.An employee took her time to explain how to maintain the tree, and the stores policy on replacement should anything unforeseen happen to the lights.To share, before packing the tree, be sure to confirm all light strands light up. When unpacking the tree the following year, as you assemble each section of the tree, confirm a good, solid connection. If tree lights remain unlit, bring the tree to the store and they will help you find the source of the unlit lights.

This place spends a lot on TV advertising about their inside and outside decor. So I visited to get urns for my walkway. Told by people in back they were outside if we have any. Then when at register I asked again how I would access to see outdoor urns. Was told it is locked. I asked, if I find something I want, do I come get you to open the area for me? Blank stare. I guess. That was my reply. All they had was junk I wouldnt have. Their customer service is as cold as the outside today. #wouldnotreturn.

Love this store it has all my craft produts and clean, neat, friendly i just love it.

Their is a guy in the back was simply wonderful I needed a Bootnia and cossge for my Son prom and I had less then two hours to get it taken care of he whip both of them up at a good price..will be going back...

Have loved this store over the years but today we were treated very badly and no one seemed to care. We have spent so much money there and furnished our outdoor areas multiple times. We are always asked where we get our cushions, etc. and have sent them many customers but there was no excuse for the unprofessionalism we saw today. No doubt we were unappreciated. A purchase was stolen right out from under us as we were in the process of making it and a SOLD sign put on the merchandise. I cant make sense of it other than we were lied to and that just stinks. There are many other places who would love to have our business and our friends will be coming with us. Maybe the sales associates will not be so smug and underhanded.

Always an enjoyable experience. Prices are the best in town. Staff is busy but helpful. Would reccomend you have a visit.

Great place for shopping for different things for indoors and out. It is pricey though.

Rude. Completely ignored by staff the last two times Ive been in. I walked in and walked around the entire store without one word spoken to me. Staff was available but busy chatting with each other. With Michaels and Hobby Lobby as such stiff competition, I dont expect this place to last much longer.
