Their chocolate drinks are amazing, a bit on the pricey side. Not sure I would pay those prices often, but as we were on vacation I splurged. I asked for a packet of their drinkable chocolate mix and they didnt include it in my order; I even put it with my stuff. It took a very long time to get our drinks and check out that I decided not to go through the process again for something they missed on my order.

The chocolate is amazing. My husband gifted me some with my favorites in it after my Dad passed away last year. The order was missing a couple chocolates, so I called to kindly ask why and it turned into a debacle of me being accused of attacking them, even though I was as polite and understanding as someone could ask. They were out of stock, which was fine. The owner said, Im so sorry that the death of your father has you so upset over a Key Lime and a Framboise. Mind you, I was never upset. But this rings in my ears a whole year later, even after they sent me the missing pieces. I was in Madison this weekend and usually would have stopped, but her words kept me far away. Good product, mean owner.

These chocolates are phenomenal! Some of the flavor combinations sound strange and you’ll wonder “will this be good?” And it will end up blowing you away! They had a blue cheese chocolate and it was one of the best ones out of the box I got!! Like, unexpected but so delicious! These are a real TREAT, but worth the money because they are decadent goodness!

Loved! Great, nicely blended and inventive chocolates, good recommendations from the seller, and free samples as well as a space to taste test some selections at your leisure.Standouts were the passion fruit vanilla bonbon and the key lime bonbon, which were well-balanced a s the fruit flavors came through in a really pleasant way. Also: the naturale and Mayan drinking chocolate! SO lovely and indulgent, and the spiciness of the Mayan was well-balanced with the chocolate rather than trying to be forward and spicy just for the heck of it.Will definitely be ordering online as gifts, but also hope to visit again in person to do field research about new and seasonal flavors. :)

A really great variety of chocolate truffle flavors. Ive liked every one Ive tried so far. The exotic caramel truffle is one of my favorites. The truffles are over $2 each. The shop also offers chocolate bars and other treats.

Amazing chocolates! They are a little pricey but soo soo worth it!!! I would rather this small box of amazing chocolates than a huge box of regular chocolates! There are tons on differnt flavors and kinds of chocolates to chose from! You make your own box and there are no bad choices!! Absolutely a great treat for yourself or gift! Love!!!!

One of the best chocolatiers in Madison by far. Their flavor combinations are creative, fun, and always delicious. The texture of the chocolate is the perfect mix of firm and creamy, with rich flavors and just the right hint of bitterness. The chocolates are also incredibly beautiful, which makes them perfect for gifts!! This is my go-to for last minute presents that make a statement. My favorite product is the drinking chocolate.

If youre visiting the Madison area or simply live in the area, and youre in the mood for some spectacular gourmet chocolate, you definitely need to check this place out!! It will brighten your day, I promise! The prices might not though. It is pricey. But worth every penny in my book! Its extremely hard to pick just one piece. I would just spend the extra money and go with the 4 piece or 6 piece or if youre feeling adventurous, go for the 16 piece which is going to run you about $50. The chocolate is smooth and the flavors are heaven in your mouth. On a daily basis, youll find about 20-30 flavors along with seasonal flavors too. They have prepackaged gifts and chocolate if you want to go that route. They also have a few tables and chairs to sit down and relax with your fine chocolates. They offer coffee and some of the most amazing drinking chocolate too! A must try!

Amazing hot chocolate, one of the best that I have had so far. Lot of different unusual flavours of chocolates to try. A little on the higher side in terms of cost, but worth it. Mayan hot chocolate is a must try for folks who love to try new flavors. Artwork on the chocolates and designs are mind-blowing.

These chocolates are so flavorful! Theyre absolutely beautiful but they are worth destroying. We got the 16 piece box and didnt have a single chocolate that we thought was bad or even just mediocre.

Wonderful new location for this must try chocolate shop. Ive been coming here for years and always had a great experience. The staff are delightful, the chocolates are my favorite anywhere (must try the passion fruit vanilla!), and the prices (though high) are totally worth it for this hand crafted and painted treat!To address an earlier review: the goo inside these truffle chocolates is typically a chocolate ganache or homemade jam combination and every chocolates flavor is spot on to the description. Ive had nearly all of them :)

Ive been to the new location twice (the old location was a regular stop for me when guests were visiting or I needed a gift for someone special) and its beautiful. 3 times the space of the old location, adequate parking, and now a coffee/hot chocolate bar to boot!The chocolates havent changed - they are still glowing jewels filled with magical flavors. The visible kitchen has been maintained as well, guaranteeing that the chocolates are made on site by hand - not in a factory then left to grow stale.There are many more other items for sale - chocolate bars, teas and tea accessories, kitchen towels and small gifts - thanks to the increased space. Its also an airy, comfortable place for a lingering cup of coffee or drinking chocolate - the seating in the cafe area is padded (as opposed to the hard wood chairs at other cafes.) I consider their chocolates to be the gold standard for anyone who appreciates not just complex, bright, or innovative flavors, but chocolate created by professionals to be perfectly tempered and finished with beautiful detail.A bonus - once your box is empty, if you return for a refill you receive a small discount. This has led to friends that have received them by mail (and ordering gifts through their website is easy) packing the empty boxes into their luggage when they visit us and pleading for a trip to Infusion Chocolates for a refill!
