My personal phone is with a different provider and it is horrible therefore my employer has been kind to pay for US cellular for work. The customer service is 5 star. Jennifer my first contact is also bilingual. She hooked me up. The manager Raven has a great team. Demetrius even walked a customer to her car. Dylan greeted his scheduled customer at the door. I am in sales. I was watching great customer service. I am switching as soon as I can.

Long waits every single visit, no matter what time I come to the store. Their re-stocking fee is a bit unfair given they dont have any phones on display. I returned a phone I bought online because the store didnt have any in stock. Immediately didnt like it and returned it without even taking off the plastic wrap. Still charged.
Vicky was one of the most resourceful and helpful customer service agents that Ive ever worked with. She made setting up our new phones a breeze and even stayed an hour beyond her regular work day to help us get everything finalized. Highly recommend working with her and going to this location!
Vicky was a great person to work with throughout the phone purchase and number porting process. Moving the phone numbers from my old carrier was not the easiest (because their customer service wasnt great) but Vicky stayed on the case and got things worked out. While the porting process took more than a day (not Vickys fault), she keep us up to date even on her day off. One of the better customer agents Ive worked with in the last few years.
Vicky T and coworker(we didn’t get her name) did a wonderful job getting us a new better phone and a better deal on our monthly payments in a timely fashion. We have always had a good experience at this store.

Went to the store to pick up a phone for my father-in-law during store hours, door was locked and a note on the door brb. Waited outside for a few minutes, called the store number, no one answered. Great customer service if you ask me.
I switched to US cellular recently and, my new homegirl, Vicky, was the sales associate who helped me out. I initially wanted something cheaper and quick, as I had an issue with my previous provider and needed immediate access to a phone. The options were limited and I ended up with more than a prepaid account while I tested out the A50-- which sucked. I went back to return the phone and there were super tiny barely there scratches that prevented the ability to return. I had been in several times and worked with Vicky each time, sometimes for long periods. She was aways cheerful, helpful and hella chill to work with.The upshot was I got the s10 I wanted and was able to settle the matter of the first phone. I appreciate knowing I can message her and get answers eventhough our business is complete. Personal service with superior interpersonal communication and rapport.Killin it girl!! Thanks 😊
I went in there around 5pm. There was only one customer service representative working. She was nice and helpful but not very efficient. Stayed there over an hour trying to get a prepaid plan onto my existing phone. Not to mention the 3 customers waiting behind me, I was frustrated to find out that my phone was not compatible with US Cellular. They need to train their people better and staff up for busy hours.UPDATE: 2 days later I tried to get my phone number transfered to Verizon to find out that they never cancelled my port meaning I cant get my number transfered from my original carrier and now I have to request account number and code from US Cellular even thou I was never with them. Been on the phone for over 20 min because they cant figure out what happened.

Had to wait a bit for help, but the customer service was great. Watched how the young man ran the store, greeting and welcoming each customer to the store and letting them know there would be a wait. Rep was friendly and knowledgeable.
Jordy & Jalen are one of the best associates i have ever worked with, they were great troubleshooters and as well as got me on my quickly.
