Have been going to TechBank for years now when my family upgrades. Each time I leave feeling more impressed with the experience and the representatives that they have working for them. Went to the mall to upgrade my iPhone 5s to an iPhone 6s. The people at US Cellular recommended that I take my 5s over to TechBank to get some money for it since I no longer needed it. Did exactly that and after about 20 minutes I walked away with some solid cash. Would definitely recommend.

Very fast process. In and out in 10 mins. They offered me $25 for my galaxy s7 with a shattered screen which was good compared to the mall qiosk that only offered about $5 (due to being broken). Sunny was pleasant.

Both East towne mall n west towne mall tech banks are trash. They have signs that say they buy broken phones AND tablets. Then we drive n hour from home to get nasty comments from both. Find another place or u WILL get ripped off
