Sal did a terrific job repairing my son’s iPad. I thought it was beyond repair but he managed to make it like new. He even drove to my house to pick it up and drop it off at no charge!! And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend him.

We brought an old iPhone there that had completely shut down because we needed to recover the data. Not only he was able to turn the phone back on (after failed attempts with Geek Squad and Apple), he walked us through patiently how to back it up on the cloud and recover it on a new iphone. Very competent staff and we highly recommend this place!!!

I had my galaxy note 9 screen repaired about six months ago now and it still works great! This was my first experience with needing my phone repaired and i wouldnt go anywhere else now. they got it done within about 6 hrs and i was a little scared to be honest about how it would hold up but it has worked like brand new since i got it back. would recommend to anyone with screen problems

Im very satisfied with their work, they replied very quickly to my messages, had the replacement ready before I arrived, they gave me a timeframe, and was just right on point. I didnt mind the price, knowing that a replacement phone thru the carrier insurance takes several days or weeks, and that right now its not the best moment to get a new phone. I really think is worth the price and how quickly it goes.

BUYER BEWAREOriginal Review:Fast service, fair prices. Nice guys Not too much in stock yet but they just opened.Revised:I received my original repair quickly and promptly one morning before work. In the early morning haste I must have overlooked that a small portion of the display was installed outside of the phones bezel. I reported the issue and was asked to return.The phone was left over night and I was contacted the next day to pick up my repair once again. Within 10 days of the repair the display started to have delays in showing an image and began to have visual static lines (picture VCR Tracking lines). I was out of the country during this time and was unable to return to New Jersey until 16 or so days since the second repair.Upon arriving to discuss the issue I was greeted by an employee I have not dealt with before and I stated the repair history at this location and I left the phone. I was later contacted that my phone was ready and that the store could no longer continue to warranty their service or the replacement parts because they were a small business.The issue was a broken ribbon cable that is installed internally and not accessible without tools including a heat gun and special prying instruments meant to detach the display from the bezel. I explained that their implication that the phones display was broken from within, by myself was very improbable.Aside from the disenchanting conversation the new display appeared to have two vertical lines a fifth of an inch wide running uniformly down the length of the screen. I was told this was from the installation and would go away.Flash forward to today about a week and a half since the last repair attempt and the lines are still present and I have been told that If it s broken then u have to pay.I wish these small operations success but there are evidently issues to be resolved in terms of communication, product sourcing, and repair quality.

Over this quarantine I was on a run and dropped my phone (Iphone XR). It cracked and it created a tiny looking ink blot on the bottom right of the screen. The ink blot spread until my whole phone was covered complete black. Some days, it would work and I’d be able to see my screen a bit but for most it was completely broken. I could tell the phone actually still worked because I was able to reach Siri and I could feel the buttons of the screen and I was still getting incoming calls. I didn’t know what to do with my phone but I knew I had to get the screen repaired. My brother and I did some research are nearby phone repair shops and we found Phone Fix Repair in Madison NJ. We read the reviews and it was all very positive so I emailed the store with the story of what happened with my phone and I sent a pic of it via email. The next day they answered saying to bring it in and it’ll be fixed 10-15-20 mins. This was the fastest I’d ever get a phone fixed. We took it into the store and they fixed it within 15 minutes. The cost was around 180. Which isn’t bad because you’d be paying more anywhere else. The service here is great and you can see they want to help the best and fastest way. I highly recommend going here for any kind of tech issue. They definitely know what they are doing. Thanks to them I’m not bored in quarantine without a phone!

I took my I phone on the December 26 for Repair ! They were very nice . I left my phone there they called me on the 27 to pick up the phone ! They told me that they Had to Replaced the camera and speakers I said ok 👌🏼 no problem . They charged me 3 hundred & 49 dollars 💵 !! I didn’t care cause I need the phone! Saturday the 28! I went to apple store and I asked them to check my phone . I told them about the Repairs! They told me that they dint changed the camera or the speaker!! I’m very disappointed

I had a 2016 IPad Pro drop on the corner and shatter the screen and the corner. Apple wanted 350 to fix it and it would be sent out. They wanted to sell a new one.I put the iPad here for repair in the afternoon and had it fixed by the next morning. They said they could do it faster, but I had a dog that needed walking.Price was reasonable and included repair of the screen and digitizer.
