This location seems to always be busy. So, dont plan a quick in&out.I had to wait about 10-15 min to be helped, but there are comfortable sofas to sit on. The agent helped me effectively & efficiently.

Today’s service at this location was overall good after talking to Ms.Crawford but the representative that was at the door had the most nastiest attitude towards me and my son. He made it there before I did and was really ready to go because her rudeness. She looked unprofessional and like she didn’t want to really be there. This location has always had a stale environment and snobby associates. That is why I NEVER come to this location.

Ive been a C Spire customer now for two decades. The service is unparalleled. even though were working through a connectivity issue their team is diligently attacking the problem. Customer service is always a joy. Justin at the 463 Branch today was especially helpful.

Terrible customer service. I walked out without getting any of my problems resolved because no one tried to help or even greeted me. There were over 6 people working in the store and no one said anything to me. Didn’t even ask what I needed or said anything as I walked out the door. They literally looked at me when I walked in (at least 3 people did this) and did not say a word to me and did the same as I was walking out. So I will not be coming back I will find a new location because I refuse to spend my money places with people who don’t want it.

For a while, we had a billing issue that seemed like we could never get anyone over the phone to help us. We were super unhappy about the problem until I came to the store one day and spoke with the manager about our problem. She looked into it and promised that she will make it right. Our problem got taken care of a few days later. Thank you for restoring our confidence and continue to be a satisfied C Spire customer!

I came in to make a payment and I had a problem with my card that took me literally a minute to fix and the cashier started taking care of another customer in front of me. After 10 minutes of her taking care of that guy she finally gets back to me and after I make my payment she disappeared for 5 minutes. As I pulled into my driveway she calls and tells me her computer malfunctioned and didnt take my payment... this is ridiculous and seems like they need better employees that take care of customers and their priorities in a more organized and proper manner.

Bu far the best experience in getting a new cell phone. Ive only switched carriers a few times, but this is the only time I had fun doing it. The staff is helpful, friendly, and humorous.

Customer Service sucks! I went there to exchange a power cord and they wouldnt allow me to do so because it was purchased at a different CSpire store. Ive been a customer for 23yrs. but after today, its time for new service! The lie to the corporate office is what sealed the deal. This used to be such a reliable company, but with the growth has come downfall.

The fiber line to our home was cut yesterday afternoon. We noticed it had happened around 6:15 that evening. I called cspire customer service and after an automated system directed me to the right department I had a live customer service rep immediately. She said that someone we contact me to schedule the work to be completed within 24 hours. Hung up with her and within 5 minutes had a call from the tech department notifying me that a technician would be on his way within the hour. 30 minutes later two technician were at my home working to get the line back up and running. James and Jonathan were their names. They stayed till after dark to get our fiber back going. They were both friendly and knowledgeable. I just thought this needed to be shared because that is amazing customer service in today’s world. From the initial call to notify Cspire, we were back up and running within 2 hours. Thanks for the great experience!

I am physically challenged and I came early so I could be one of the first customers. The store had been open a half hour and still no techs on site until nine I am told. Very inconvenient especially since I don’t live right around the corner. The website said they open at eight. Why open if all the services are not available?

If I could rate this store with no stars I would. I went into this store to be treated like I was less than by one of the associates. When I first entered the store she stood at the front desk playing with her phone and when I asked did she work here she said yeah so dry I said well ma’am I’m asking because you have on a jacket and I can’t see your cspire shirt and I don’t see your name badge. I said I would like to purchase An iPhone 7 she immediately asked me did I know how much the phone was like I couldn’t afford the phone. I said they quoted me 307 over the phone and I would like it so could you show me what it looks like. She said are you prepaid are you prepaid Super loud and the people behind her started looking. So embarrassing then She picked up her personal phone and started playing with it she said oh it looks just like the One you Already have the phone that I have is a iPhone 6 S plus and the phone that I’m purchasing is a iPhone 7. Which looks nothing alike she charged me for the phone case and a protective screen which I told her that I wanted the phone and the case separately and she did what she wanted anyway She took the phone out of the box gave it to me and Said I was all done and the phone wasn’t even activated i asked could she transfer my contacts and pictures and she said I can do your contacts but not your pictures because you have prepaid. I immediately grabbed my phone the box for my case I asked who was the manager I was so upset that I had been treated like I was less than And that my Money wasn’t good enough. I paid almost $400 in that store and I wasnt going to be treated anything other than equal to everyone else she repeatedly tried to say something to me and I didn’t want to talk to her I wanted to talk to the manager . Thank you Ciera for all of your help it was because of you that I calmed down I could not believe racism still exists I will no longer be a cspire customer anymore neither will anyone in my family. I work too hard to be treated how I did. My money is green just like everyone else and my card swipes the same as the next person I’m no less than anybody else I’f not better. I’m black educated and very proud.

Im not too happy about this!! They pulled out $130 out of bank account AFTER I paid my $65 phone bill. Ive tried calling but it seems they are too busy doing other things, instead helping those that need it. It may not seem like that much money, but that money gets me and my family the things we need.!!
