Very happy with the new flooring in our basement - carpet, vinyl, and gym flooring. Kevin worked with us to make high quality choices and stay within our budget. He also used his design expertise to make color recommendations. The installers were quick and their work was impeccable. They were able to move the large furniture around which was a big convenience.

Very disappointed in the process of quotes and how things were handled. All quotes should be given with a detailed listing of all charges and what those charges are, including square footage measurements. If he would have given me everything, we would have avoided a lot of the issues we had. Including missing half of our main floor in our quote and overcharging us by about $600, that would have gone unnoticed if he hadn’t given me a full breakdown when I asked for it. He told me he couldn’t give me detail on the original quote because he had made changes to it. He was professional and apologized for the errors. The work crew were great and I love the end product but there were many unnecessary headaches that could definitely been avoided. This was our first home remodel project and I learned a lot but due to the errors I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Great experience from start to finish. Kevin was very knowledgeable of their products. Rogers team did a great job on the install and was careful and considerate of our walls and home. He also communicated well throughout the install process. Glad I went here vs. a big box store.

We were very satisfied with the service we had so quickly. A salesman brought samples to our home to decide what shade of flooring matched our woodwork & what type would fit our needs. Within two weeks our flooring was completed. Then the salesman came back to check with how the flooring was done & if we were satisfied. Also he explained the best way to clean it. We were very satisfied & highly recommend them.

So impressed with the professionalism and the work ethics of this company. They did a phenomenal job of installing hardwood floor’s in our living room and hallway replacing carpet on stairs and replacing bathroom floor and a floor in our bar area. Could not be happier with the results. They finished on Thursday, with a linen closet door that needed to be cut to size that was done on Monday. Excellent workmanship and very knowledgeable employees . Would definitely recommend this company ! We have a wood floor in our kitchen that was installed probably 10 years ago, and they were able to match the living room floor to that kitchen floor almost perfect you can’t even see the difference unless it’s pointed out to you. So impressed!

The full experience with Floor Coverings International was amazing. The sales experience was pressure free, installations was fast and professional, the best part was the service after the sale! Hubie was responsive to questions that we had and came to the house to fix some of the concerns we had. We will definitely be going back when the time comes. Floor Coverings International installed new flooring in our condo. We needed to replace worn out carpet. We met with Kevin and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all of the options available. We had many questions and concern with a second floor condo. After much discussion we selected the Luxury Vinyl Planking with a cork backing to reduce noise. The installers were very professional and detail oriented. The flooring is great and has the look and feel of a hardwood floor with better qualities. The owner Hubie Durst came to our home after the installation to insure we were happy with the quality of the product and installation. We recommend them and would use their services again.

I had Floor Coverings International of Madison put carpet in all three of my homes bedrooms. Hubie, the owner, was fantastic to work with and very responsive to any questions that I had. The subs who installed the carpet and padding were fast, friendly and did a exceptional job. Kevin was awesome. He made the process super simple by bringing all the samples to us so we could see them in our space. Lighting is huge for floors so being able to see them in our house made our decisions easy. I would highly recommend them in the future.

Betsy & I were very impressed with this company. From the minute we walked into the showroom and were greeted by the owner, Hubie, to the last walk through with Kevin after the floor was completed, we were shown courtesy and respect. We wanted to replace our existing kitchen vinyl and after consulting with Hubie and Kevin, the entire process went smoothly even with a few last minute surprises with installation. The installers, Troy and Jeff, were great and they handled the surprises without losing any time. They worked tirelessly answering all of our questions as they worked and adjusted schedules to meet our needs. Where many companies might have taken advantage of the problems we encountered to increase our costs, Hubie and his team only made adjustments that were reasonable and the job was completed on time and within our cost expectations. If the attitudes of Hubies employees is any indication, he must be a good employer which tells us he runs a good company.We will definitely use Floor Coverings International for any future flooring needs and we certainly recommend them to others.

After our home was water damaged, Floor Coverings International was recommended to us by our general contractor. It was one of the worst experiences of our lives. Hubie was pleasant to work with but he subs out all of his work and we got stuck with a company called Floors For Less that completely ruined our house with improper installation. I went round and round with Hubie who did try to make repairs to flooring but kept using the company Floors For Less to make the repairs which only made the floors worse due to not knowing how to correctly install the product we were using (High end LVP.) I had to have a Licensed flooring inspector come out at my cost of more than $500 to inspect and evaluate what the cause of problems were and the inspector determined improper installation. Only after I was preparing to take him to court with proof that he was at fault did he come clean and offer to make complete repairs to my home (With a different installer.) Never again will I be calling Hubie (Floor Coverings International) and his less than professional installers.

They did what they promised and treated us with respect. Our basement was flooded and they recarpeted and tiled it in less than 2 weeks. Beautiful job.

This place is a nightmare. We hired them to put sheet vinyl floor in our kitchen and laundry room. It should have been a VERY simple job but we had nothing but problems from the get go, and 2.5 years later had to take them to court. They didnt glue our floor down properly and it is now being destroyed as a result. The owner, Hubie, refused to fix it and instead tried to say we must have had a flood in our house (what?!) and made up a bunch of other excuses. After we won in court, he admitted to sending sub-par installers over, because they were busy with more important jobs (apartment buildings). Stay away from these guys.
