We would never do business with this company again. We had porcelain tiles installed in our guest bathroom in 2017. We have cracked grout, cracked tile, a huge gouge in our bathtub. We also had tile installed around our fireplace and hearth. The hearth tiles are loose and need to be replaced by a reputable tile installer. Michaela, the manager for tile job, was here once in 2018. She told us that the concrete floors under the tile have moved and handed us an estimate to fix the improper install job. We just called again about tile problems with no call back to date. We are very disappointed with the poor customer service and incompetence of the tile installer.

I am doing a bathroom remodel and went to this location to find a tile. I was kindly greeted and helped with picking a tile. However, when I asked how much each of them were per square foot, she said “I’m not sure”. She found a book to look it up but said she still wasn’t sure if it was right and that she would ask someone later on. I never heard from her. After taking home the samples, I came back ready to order. I was greeted by a different girl. She was unable to tell me any information about price or give me a quote, and was also unable to place my order. She told me that the girl I worked with earlier had to do all that but that she was out for a bit. Okay, so I told her to call me. Never heard from her so I called at the end of the day. She told me she wouldn’t be able to get me the quote or place the order until late the following day. WHAT? How long does it take to write up a quick quote on a 90sq foot bathroom? I want to get my tile ordered. Okay, fine. So here I am, it’s 9pm the following day and I never heard back from her. I’m not a big job, but I am a customer and I still matter. Needless to say, I ordered my tile from a different local competitor who got me a quote and placed my order in less than 10 minutes.

Absolutely thrilled with my engineered hardwood and tile! The installers were perfectionists and Ive had so many compliments. Lee is such a professional with years of experience! Lee has done all the flooring in three homes Ive owned. Hes the only one I trust for such an important part of my home!

I manage 140 properties in Platteville, Wisconsin which are all student housing. We go through a lot of flooring each year. We only have about 10 days to get units ready and Creative Solutions always get the jobs done by deadline. They will work all weekend long right along side my own crew. Lee himself checks on the installers quite regularly and has even got on his knees and pulled staples to prep the floor!! Customer service is outstanding and the pricing is great. They dont charge a fortune even for the weekend work. I would highly recommend this company!

I love the tile but cannot recommend this merchant. CS4s sales representative came to my house, measured, and calculated the amount for me to buy. After installation, with 2 unopened boxes (cost over $260) left over, I was told these are not returnable. This is quite a scam: padding the estimate and sticking the customer with useless product.

In additional to amazing products and professional installation, they offer free design consultation (from experienced design professionals). You can totally count on them to help you pick the best products for your space, and at an affordable price!

Wish we could post a good review but our experience was terrible and we cant recommend. Think twice before working with CS4 Flooring & Design. The tile work they did on our bathroom remodel project is substandard. Tile layout problems, poor tile cuts, poor project oversight, poor communication, etc. When the problems arose and we communicated, CS4 took a too bad attitude.
