My iPhone 11 Pro has been having issues charging, another company told me the port should be replaced. Tom the Tech at batteries plus cleaned the port appropriately, restored functionality, and did so with a smile on his face. I’ll forever be a loyal customer to batteries plus in Madison heights. I contacted the Madison Heights Battery Plus for a certain battery I wanted to pick up for my Wrangler, that other metro Detroit stores showed inventory for but actual stock had zero. The entire staff was very helpful, beyond friendly and demonstrated good knowledge of the products. They did not have the battery in stock that I was searching for but they did have a battery that exceeded my specifications and offered it at the same price without any hesitation. They also helped with some shims and washers to tighten the factory terminal clamps. I would recommend this location to anyone!

Had batteries I needed at a competitive price. Offered an on-line 10 percent discount and a mail in rebait. I needed RV coach batteries. Learned there X2Power batteries were among the most reliable and longest lasting choice for a 12 volt replacement. I did consider switching over to a 6 volt series installation only selected batteries were not available at any local store. Batteries have been installed and so far impressed with the slow voltage drop when the coach electrical system is on. Time will tell if batteries remain durable. Batteries plus workers were friendly and informative.

My old iPhone had to have a charge port ordered. They probably have everything for your less ancient phone. Guy can swap a battery in like 30 minutes if they arent busy. Cleaned it enough for a new cable to charge the new battery until the port came in. I let this go on forever cuz I thought it was a bigger job. I think my battery swap was like 70 bucks. Stop replacing your phones, 9 times out of 10 its nothing to this guy to fix it.

I had an unusual experience with this business. I called on Friday afternoon and was assured by a nice, courteous gentleman that they had a battery for my iPhone and could replace the battery in about 15 minutes. I was then quoted a price of $59.99 installed. When I got there on Monday, I was told they did have the battery but a rather curt young man told me it would take about an hour and cost $69.99. While I understand that sometimes businesses are busier than others, I was not happy about the $10 difference in price so I decided to go somewhere else.

Local and has ability to get the battery that you need. I wasnt notified when my battery arrived at the store. After waiting 12 days to be notified, I called the store and was told that the battery was in and had arrived a few days after I ordered it. Poor customer notification system at Batteries + Bulbs.

I brought my iphone in for a screen replacement and the technician damaged the phone when opening it. You can see the scratch marks on the interior components. Now, it power cycles every 3 min and is unusable. I had to replace the phone with a new one and they wouldnt admit to damaging it. I didnt try to repair the damage because its a work phone and I needed it to be back in service.

They had the replacement battery for my garage door opener. The gentleman who waited on me knew that the negative terminal on the replacement battery was a different size than the original, but the the garage door connector would fit. Good service and the store was following Covid protocols.

Called to check availability on a battery. They told me that it is very hard to get a Yuasa Battery because of the sales requirement by Yuasa. Yuasas website shows them as a approved dealer/supplier. Why would the store say this when the Manufacturer sends them business by having them as an approved supplier. Even though they have batteries $20+ cheaper, Ill go elsewhere.

Just like the store. Sadly received the wrong item at pickup. The problem appears to be the manufacturers versus a store problem. Awaiting response from the store. It is possible I have a new improved version where 7 LEDs somehow are brighter than 10 LEDs maybe the individual bulbs are better and hence the new and improved product. Store is checking on why the manufacturer changed the product. UPDATE THIS WAS AN IMPROVED VERSION ):-) PLEASED MUCH!

I had a, Romeo 1 optic which Ive witnessed online convo about many people having problems replacing the batteries and losing the caps. No, I certainly did not create a hostel environment by bringing a gun in the store. Bringing the slide only to the store they replaced the battery with no problems.

For the past year, I have had continuous trouble with my 24v battery charging system for an off grid generator application. I stopped by this store and met Nasser (Mike), Batteries Plus store representative, who was very knowledgeable and helpful in diagnosing the problem. While he could have sold me much more expensive AGM or GEL batteries, we worked together to find a better solution that is not only more cost-effective but incorporates an additional fuse safety feature and more cold cranking amps. Really appreciated walking through the different options and the time Mike shared with me!

Very easy. I ordered a car battery through the website. It was available that day. After getting a run around for two weeks it was nice to have this store deliver the service it advertises.

Since Batteries + was 4 blocks from my house, it just made sense to purchase on line and P/U a hard to find light bulb I needed, I would have spent the cost in gas just to find what I needed, I picked up my bulb hassle free, I received quality and friendly service. This will now be my go to store for future purchases.

I bought a battery for my buggy within the last year. It was $70. The guy told me that was with a year warranty and that I didnt need my receipt because I was in the computer. I went yesterday and took the battery in because it wasnt working and they said I needed my receipt for the warranty. Im sure I can hunt for it. But its just the idea, have all the employees tell the same story! Actually zero stars!!

These guys are worst than crooks, they are unethical and dishonest. They sold me a battery one night that I found out was dead when I installed it. They were closed so I bought a new one at Meijer. I didnt have the time to return the dead battery until the day after there 14 day return window. After an hour of beating my head against the wall with the Arabic, guy I realized that he was too narcissistic to understand the concept of customer service. I request that he have the owner call me. I received a call from a man that claimed the be the manager instead. I say that he claimed to be the manager because I would later find out that he has no control over the other guy. I find it hard to believe that a manage could manage with no influence over his subordinate. The manager agreed to put my used battery back on the shelf and sell it as new. When the battery sold he would give me my money back. I though that practice to be unethical, but I just wanted my money back so I agreed. When I went back 3 weeks later the Arabic man said that he was going to sell it at a discount. He said that he didnt care about the agreement that I had with the manager he was going to do it any way. I told him that I was capable of selling my battery on Craigs List at a loss. If Im going to be screwed over I prefer to do it my self. I asked for my battery and left. I had had enough. That man wasted hours of my life that Ill never get back.

My phone was really cracked up.I didn’t know if a new screen would repair it.When Zena returned with my phone it was like brand new again!She is so kind and HelpFULL!I came back because I thought I had damaged my screen again and she looked it over again and replace my screen saver that I had purchased.She fixed me back up at no charge.

Needed two J6 batteries to replace worn out batteries in a power wheelchair. Found them online and available in store for immediate pickup. Salesperson was helpful and confirmed I had made the right choice.
