In the beginning Melissa was extremely helpful in figuring out a good working design and offering handy tips with this project. Once we started moving the conversation towards stock availability and staying within budget and the tight timeframe - it turned out to be a different experience. In the beginning I was reassured it would not be problem with finding a solution in meeting my project deadline. Then the Delays in communications became lengthier. As shes the one person running the entire company, we tried to be accommodating and understanding about the circumstances. Finally we were all set to order and was waiting to hear back on a last options availability to ship.. when the communications from her just stopped abruptly. For whatever reason she will not respond to calls, text or emails these last several days leaving me confused, disappointed and distressed. Now Ive got to find another vendor with even less time and start the whole process over. If youre on a strict deadline, highly recommend saving yourself the trouble and just go to another company. Completely unreliable and unprofessional.UPDATE Interestingly Melissa the owner claims to no longer have knowledge of who I am. Posted a screen shot of correspondence with her in the last week to refresh her memory. It would have been more professional for her just to let me know she no longer was capable of providing what we needed. Had she done so, the outcome would have been different.

I want to start out by thanking Melissa for her kindness and help with our kitchen. She was there every step of the way and answered every one of our (many) questions in a timely matter. We truly couldnt have accomplished our kitchen transformation without her help and we 100% recommend WoodCabinets4Less to anyone. After researching several different ready-to-assemble cabinet companies, we went with WoodCabinets4Less. I couldnt be happier with the service and quality from this company as their cabinets are far superior. Thanks a million!

I looked at a couple of sites but ultimately decided to go this route based on reviews. The order process was an ease, we received the sample then the cabinets quickly... the weekend before Thanksgiving no less! Four boxes were pretty badly damaged by the shipping company but the way that everything was packed meant very minimal damage. Melissa was quick to respond and assist in getting the replacement for the only piece that was scratched. Our reno does not start until January but I have been more than pleased with the process. Can’t wait to get my new cabinets up!Update- cabinets are in and beautiful! No problems with installation- love our new cabinets!

We initially attempted to work with another RTA cabinet company. We received a design lay-out and never heard another word from them. We called and emailed numerous times in attempt to ask questions and place an order. We contacted Melissa at WoodCabinets 4 Less and she has been amazing. She was very professional, took & modified our plans quickly. She was always available and made sure that everything was just right prior to ordering. The whole process took about 3 days from our initial call to placing an order. Our cabinets are on the way and I cannot wait to see them ! I know that this company will provided excellent customer service for any of our needs.

The extra effort they put in to helping us was appreciated. We ordered some incorrect sizes and had a lot of changes to make (our fault) and Melissa never questioned anything, she just helped us to get what we needed and return what we didnt. We were referred by a friend and are so happy with our cabinets and the help we got.

Honestly had a very disappointing experience with WoodCabinets4Less. Granted with the Covid issue things may have been a little slower than usual, but the only way I got a response from anybody for my design process was I had to initiate the conversation. Then Melissa said she would contact me tomorrow and didnt hear anything for 4 days. Then Corrie said shes the only designer and she would get to me as soon as she could. Then I finally heard from Melissa. I did say that I wanted to reuse my existing counter-tops because they are expensive granite in the initial questionnaire and Melissas response to this was that it would be to difficult to design and I would be better off going with a local custom cabinet maker. Here I am ready to give my money to WC4L and they have no interest in even working with me. Not sure if they are busy or just lazy but I think that the way I was treated was completely unprofessional. Maybe other people had great experiences but I definitely wont recommend them. I also was going to use them for my remodel of my 3 bathrooms after the kitchen but I guess they dont need my money!!

We just did our third project with woodcabinets4less and are so happy with everything. The painted finish on our cabinets is beautiful and the service we always get is appreciated. Whether late in the evening, or even on a weekend they have been there for us. Thank you for making our crazy project a little more sane!Word of caution. Be aware of imitation. Otherwise you might get diverted to different site that is not woodcabintes4less.com despite the name has some similarities.

Cabinets are well made, far superior to that of your local big box store. I got the rustic maple and they are gorgeous, you can see they are real wood.

Absolutely terrific in terms of knowing product, helping with recommendations, and being professional. They have superior customer service focus and represented what they claim to be! A great experience the whole way through! And, very competitive for good, quality product.
