Absolutely ridiculous parking lot to try and back a 75ft vehicle into without going into the grass. Parking lot was littered with broken pallets.

These guys over ordered the amount of siding, then tell us we cant return it because of a 30 day policy. Crooks do not do business with Lasing.

Big nice very organized shop. Only complaint was they sell gutter hangers in packs of 100 and they only sell 1000ct screws.

Wrong address on their website. How sloppy. They moved to Huntsville. They built a brand new building but didnt build parking lots big enough to maneuver big trucks to the docks. When I finally got to the dock I had 6 feet between my front bumper and the curb.

Miserable to deal with. They are the only supplier of the siding I need for a new garage to match my existing siding. I ordered some materials and it was delivered within a week. Great! I would have written a nice review based on that. However, I needed more and now it has been nearly a month. The job has slipped schedule because of this supplier, they NEVER call when they say they will with updates. I just want my siding. I haven’t haggled in price or asked for any breaks. If I didn’t need what I am ordering I would cancel and never do business with them but unfortunately I need the product they sell.

Lansing quoted all the windows and exterior doors for my new house. When it came time to order them we were told the salesman no longer worked for Lansing, but someone would be happy to help. Then we were told that some of the doors that were quoted didn’t seem to exist. No one could figure out where the salesman got those item numbers from, or the prices. So we had to re-do our order causing construction delays. Our windows were installed in March of 2018. One of the upstairs screens was ripped. Our builder began contacting Lansing. Over the past year my builder has called Lansing multiple times. I have also called multiple times. A guy named Matt promised to help, again and again, but nothing happened. This was just a simple ripped screen, not a major repair. Then, in January we got a response from someone who said he was the new Manager. He apologized and said it had just been brought to his attention, but he would take care of it. He scheduled a time and actually came to my house. He took the screen and promised to have a new one for me as quickly as possible. It is now Mar 19, 2019 and I haven’t heard a peep out of him. I don’t plan to build any more houses, but if I do I won’t use Lansing Building Products and I would never recommend them to anyone.
