I am giving acme brick 1 star for their pretty displays on kitchen backslashes. Its hard to see the samples the way they are hung. Which isnt a deal breaker but brick color advice from 2 team members was very alarming!I went with a photo of a fence we will be adding to. I said verbatim to the lady at the front desk & she asked to see the pic and told old tavern in a mere glance. Im an artist and when i saw old tavern I wanted to see someone who knew a thing or two ..... i got the same answer!!!!!!!????!!I knew immediately I wasnt kookie so I researched it and instantly felt like a side by side would do justice and more than that it did. However, I may buy from them under my alias but am weary of how much i can trust these people. Research and think ahead before going if u do decide to.

The staff showed us a previously unconsidered option for our new patio, ultra hard and thick porcelain! Its been installed a few years now and were extremely grateful we didnt go with real or fake stone.Also, they carry Fire Magic grills, a very high quality American made line of grills.

This place is the perfect place to go if you wanna meet someone who calls their uncle, daddy! Intelligence level of gum stuck to the bottom of a table. They way over charge you for their product. Go to the source its way cheaper, I know one supplier is Sioux city brick. Their are many more in Alabama. Cut the middle man out save yourself some time and money.

We have shopped with this store many times. Recently ordered tile for the front of a fireplace. Somewhere along the way there was a miscalculation on the amount of tile. We now have 18 boxes of tile left over. They will not let us return unopened boxes as it’s “special order” nor will they help us resell. Totally unworkable! Very disappointed!

Im a drver deliverd here dont turn on street in front go to Intergraph way street on other side of motel to make a brick delivery tight yard..didnt take long to unload me. But it close to closing on a Friday ...

Called at 4:20pm on a normal working day. There message said they were open till 5:00pm. You should answer the phone during normal business hours. If you cant, dont post them.

Worse customer service Ive seen in a long time, dont answer there phones cant get your delivery when scheduled.
