My feet always hurt from standing all day. I went into this store was welcomed by Lewis. He showed me a pair that he thought would help. I didnt even look at any options. I have now worn these shoes for three days in a row n Im absolutely happy with my purchase... my husband also got a pair that day that he loves.. definitely recommend!!!

My wife decided she needed a new pair of shoes when we were on vacation....figures. After going to all the usual places we were wandering around the mall and stumbled upon Tradehome Shoes. The salesperson was excellent! You would have thought he was selling Lamborghinis, Ive never seen someone so excited to sell shoes. He talked her into a different brand than she has worn in the past, and she has been extremely happy with them! He did a great job of finding something that fit her exact needs.

The Regional Supervisor Josh Melo invited me to a interview to this job about a month ago, I went to my 2 interviews at the East towne mall location 10+ minutes early also here I went in separately aside from my interviews to remind them at the east side that I needed a job because they hadn’t gotten back to me and the excuse was Caleb was sick, I waited weeks to hear a response and get a 3rd interview in with the west towne location, and both stores after calling them for weeks and them telling me things are very hectic cause they have split their teams between the two stores, I called them this morning and the East towne locations manager Collin lied to me and told me that west towne was moving in a different direction because I never showed up for my 3rd interview which I never actually got, and now they have completely denied me my third interview because they were full up with hours and jobs to give out and basically left me out of the timeframe for unemployment now I’m looking at being homeless once again (something I explicitly told them had happened to me before in my life when they asked) because I was told by more than one person I was a sure bet and practically hired and I made the mistake of taking this as an option when I heard that, and all he could tell me was he could put me down for if someone calls in sick but the best he could do is a conversation in a week no job that’s it. Extremely unprofessional and terrible communication, I wanted to talk with the guy who wanted me hired from the beginning Josh Melo but never got the opportunity. How do I give a place negative stars for mistreating someone and their time?

I had been in the market for Danskos for a while. Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right size! I will definitely be returning for other shoe needs.

We dont get to Madison very often but we stopped in looking for some new walking shoes. Lee was very attentive even though he was with another customer. When that sale was completed and I told him what I was looking for, he got me into a pair of Hokas. When he offered to show some to my wife, she chose a pair of Hokas too. Then she suggested I consider some Keen sandals and Lee brought out a pair that fit me perfectly. The entire experience started with a careful measurement of both of my feet. Customer service like this is rare! I would give this business my highest recommendation!

The gentleman that helped us was very pushy and impatient. Rather than listening to what I had to say and adjusting, he insulted my opinion and insisted that I was wrong about the shoes fitting uncomfortably. When I said wed try another day because of our fussy baby, he said we wouldnt find shoes another day. It was extremely off-putting and uncomfortable. I would not recommend shopping here and will definitely not be returning myself.
