I was very surprised around how this shop handled my service. They look like a clean, reputable company that seemed to have great reviews on google but my experience was far from that when I brought my well maintained older boat in for a tune up.They were a month out to book a service appt which has been normal as per compared to other shops in the area and I was happy to wait my turn for the service. They told me they were the certified Mercury shop in Madison but they don’t like to work on anything other than inboards. I offered to look elsewhere if they didn’t want to work on my outboard motor as I know there are several other Mercury certified shops nearby, to which they replied they would work on my boat and apologized for saying they didn’t want to work on an outboard. I decided to proceed with the appointment chalking it up to an off day or simple mistake for the person booking the appointment.I drop off my boat with a normal checkin and was told I would be contacted within a few days with the job estimate to service the tuneup and to be notified if there were any parts delays… this was the last I heard from the service team here. I called after a week, left a message with a staff member for a call back, it never came. This happened a couple more times over the next week as I was simply looking for an update. None of my calls were returned. I stopped in after two weeks and found out nothing was done to my boat, no parts ordered, no notes in their system. Nothing. They mentioned it was a miscommunication inside the shop and needed more time to order parts or even look into what was needed (this is the original diagnostic time that was never performed)… meaning longer wait times again.I was told they could make the service a priority that day after I asked for my boat to be pulled out of the shop. Communication inside the shop and to their customers is not a top priority. I now will need to be queued up at another Mercury certified shop nearby that is booked out for another month causing me to miss out on using the boat during the prime months of the year. Lesson learned to avoid this shop.I will not return to a shop that refuses to follow through or communicate with their customers.
I bought my boat from Redline and the service has been incredible. We had an extended family weekend planned and unfortunately the water pump went out on our boat. The pump was on back order so they gave us a loaner for the weekend. Redline saved our weekend! In addition, after doing extensive research, we are planning to get our boat reupholstered this winter. The quality and price are better than anyone around!
Redline Watersports has been wonderful to work with. We took our Malibu in for winterization and winter storage and ended up trading it in for a new MasterCraft because the people here are so great to work with. Having had a Malibu for the past 10 years, we have worked with 4 Malibu dealerships previously and we are now glad to be part of the MasterCraft family and working with Redline Watersports. Both Paul and DJ were great to work with in purchasing our new boat. They really take an interest in their customers and show that great customer service is of highest priority to their business. We have only been part of the Redline Watersports family for the past 6 months, but they have been great to work with and I look forward to many years of being part of both the MasterCraft and Redline Watersports Families!

Redline acid washed and detailed our 24’ Yamaha at the end of the 2019 season. Communication leading up to and during our service was excellent. My contact At Redline (Alice) was an advocate for my requests (specific date of service, pickup date/time) and approached our service with a good sense of urgency (provided estimates for stereo upgrade). Alice even sent a picture of our boat getting the acid wash, which was a sight to see.The job was done right and our boat looks amazing. They even cleaned the cover and bimini top.Redline doesn’t service jet boats, and I have had a difficult time finding a dealership that offers the same level of customer service.
Paul has been helpful and resourceful in addressing recent concerns about my XT22. I look forward to the follow though and continued support. Redline has a good team in place, I hope for this continuity. Ski safe!!!
Always a pleasure shopping at Redline. Service is scheduled well, quality work in the shop, and showroom has some fun stuff to shop. Lots of high end toys, not the big box junk.
I had my Mastercraft boat winterized again this year with Redline and everything went perfect with the whole process. I waited too long to make the appointment and was needing to get it done and they worked it into their busy schedule somehow. They also communicated very well and let me know as soon as it was complete. Everyone there was awesome as well.I was quite thankful for that.Thank You, Steve

Years ago I skied for the UW club team and Paul, the owner of Redline use to volunteer his time and boats to our team. I learned a lot about skiing from him. He was very knowledgeable about the water sports world then and I’m sure even more now. So, when I picked up my first tow boat, his company was the first I thought of for service. I was somewhat reluctant bringing a Nautique to a Mastercraft dealer, but thought I’d give it a shot. My impression thus far is that the service department is very knowledgeable and capable of servicing more than just a Mastercraft. Their service estimates are upfront and fair. A sense that they try and earn customers, not just an extra dollar. I will be returning and will recommend Redline to others!
Redline Watersports is the only true pro shop in Madison. As a lifetime water sports enthusiast this is my favorite place in Madison to go and see the latest products. Their staff is always friendly and you find them out on the water on their days off. I would recommend Redline to any of my friends that need boat service or anything related to water sports. In Madison Redline is a no brainer when it comes to your pro shop needs.
