***Ammendment: Diane, from Premium Waters customer service, reached out after seeing this. She handled all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. She was great.All of my issues have been resolved***We have used Fox water for years and been happy. They sold their water delivery to Premium Waters and its HORRIBLE! I cant get water delivered for two weeks and water delivery is very inconsistent. There are different drivers, no consistent time frame and once they didnt bring the number of bottles I ordered so they had to come back with the rest the next day.

I wish there were negative stars. Pop open a jug and smell the fresh bacteria in every bottle. The one today smelled of fecal bacteria, nasty. We only use it for coffee as it is, boil only. The driver didnt get out and knock or ring our bell, dont wear masks during delivery. Now with a late fee we are through. Well try Fox next with better reviews.

Weve used premium waters for a few years now and had little issue other than the occasional missed delivery due to driver negligence. Unfortunately that all changed last week when I watched the delivery truck pull up...then drive away without doing anything. Then to my surprise I received a bill saying that they dropped of 1 bottle. I proceeded to try to contact the company to fix the issue. The corporate office tried to transfer me to the local office where I received no answer. Ive tried the local office during open hours 5 times in the last week, as we are completely out of water, with no success. Then when I tried to call back the corporate they seem to have blocked my phone number!!! WHAT IS THAT!!! I was just trying to fix and issue that was their fault to begin with! If they care this little about their customers I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I would rate it negative stars if I could...

When I moved to Fitchburg 2 1/2 years ago, my tap water smelled heavily of chlorine and other chemicals. A co worker recommended Premium Waters. Great water and great customer service. You will get schedule of delivery/ pickup dates. If you forget, you will receive a phone call from the delivery person asking if he should leave any water.No complaints here. All positive.

We were assured a specific delivery window. This schedule was never honored by the very rude delivery driver. I discontinued their service.

They no longer care about their customers.
