Great selection and location. Their staff are such great people. They are happy to help give recommendations, and always create an inviting environment. They’re great about letting people look around for a while before making their choices, too. Clean, inviting, fun. Sometimes, they host tastings there too, and those are always a treat. Can’t ask for much more.

This is where I buy most of my alcohol, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they have a decent selection of beer and liquor, and a sizeable collection of wine. They sell cigarettes as well.

This place has some exceptional craft beers and wines. The owner will give you advice on what to buy if youre open to finding new beverages to enjoy.

I was walking home and just wanted to stop in to buy a bottle of decent rail gin for some summer gin and tonics. Strangely, they had none -- in fact, there was nothing less that $26 for a 750mL. When I queried the hairy man/boy behind the counter he replied, Oh, the cheap stuff -- we dont have any of that. You dont just need to be young, hip, and snide to feel comfortable in here, you need to bring your wallet...

The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. I called looking for a specific beer recently and they went above and beyond to go check the stock. I really appreciated it. I like the vibe of this small store much better than a place big place like Rileys.

Exceptionally rude employees. Instead of, no, we dont carry that, but Id recommend... I got their snide assessments of the beverage about which I had inquired. One told me I could go to the gas station down the street and buy antifreeze to drink. If youre a beanie-clad hipster who enjoys deriding others for their plebeian tastes in liquor, youll find your soulmates here.

I like the selection, but the customer service turned me off. Forgot my bike lock one time and they refused to let me in (or even let me keep the bike by the counter). Instead they just kept repeating you cant have bikes in here like robots. What is strange is that Ive seen dogs in there a few times as they are apparently welcomed. It seems most places would try to work something out for my business. Would not recommend for any cyclists.
