This mattress firm is absolutely amazing. They truly are sleep experts as they say! I have purchased two beds from this location and both times I was given great quality advice on what to choose that was tailored to the way I need sleep. I had the same “sleep expert” for both purchases which made all the difference. This is my 2nd purchase with Elli. It was done over the phone again. She is amazing. She remembered who I was and what I had wanted from a month ago which was very nice too. When an unexpected expense came up for my mom ( the bed and adjustable frame were for my mom) right after I made my order she was so sweet and changed my order to a less expensive option straight away. All businesses would be lucky to have an Elli. She understands customer service, is attentive and always helpful and friendly no matter how many questions Ive asked... I had made a purchase in a Michigan Mattress Firm store for pickup in the West Beltline store. The salespeople at this location are very friendly and helpful. There was a miscommunication when picking up the pillows that were in my original order. However, when I brought this to their attention, the salespeople went above and beyond to solve the issue. I usually dont write a review for a retail experience, retail is a tough world, and customer service in most places is a thing of the past, but being in retail myself, I had to share. My girlfriend and I set out on a mission for a Purple mattress. Seeing Mattress Firm was a dealer, we stopped to lay on one before buying.We saw the Purple stuff online, but wanted to see it first hand. Scott greeted us, helped multiple other customers at once, all while still making us feel valued and welcomed. We decided to buy that day, and we were hoping to take a mattress home because we live over an hour away. Scott informed us he did not have one in stock, but did have one at another location in Illinois. What happened next? he offered to go get it, on his own time, and bring it back to the Madison store for us to pickup!! I worked with Nate who was awesome. I wanted a purple mattress which he showed me right away. Then after I shared the one I liked most he showed me some other mattresses that would be similar in feel, so I could be sure I knew the other options that I would want to consider. No high pressure and he was knowledgeable about all the products. Delivery was great too. The purple was delivered by purple, but I still bought delivery so they’d take the old mattress. Delivery guys were very professional, wore shoe protectors, and got the old one out FAST! I’m picky about beds, and felt very confident in my decision after shopping here. Highly recommended.

I was told in-person that I could return the memory foam mattress if I didn’t like it, for a $100 fee. The mattress was too soft, making my joints hurt. I went to return it, prepared to pay the $100…only to learn that there’s also a “restocking” fee of 20% of the cost. Hundreds of dollars, which I really can’t afford.This WAS in the fine print…stamped on the contract in a difficult to read text with an actual stamp. So now I have no choice but to lose hundreds of dollars because my joints can’t handle the purchase. I am heartbroken.Edited to add: I got a response from Mattress Firm to contact a specific person, but no name or contact information for that person.

Absolutely amazing, we had gone to about three diff tent stores before we got to mattress firm, with not much hope left I had began to look online to see if I could find anything that would fit my needs. Without much luck we went into mattress firm just to look around, then we were greeted by a lovely sales associate named Nate. He had us try out a couple different mattresses that then lead us to THE ONE. In just 40 min after hours of looking he had lead us to the right one. I have never left a google review before but he earned one. Would definitely recommend going to Mattress Firm and would highly recommend asking for Nate :)

Ive had my mattress for around 4 months now and am quite happy with it, but I am instead leaving this review for the excellent service and experience I received at this store. Nate was welcoming, friendly, and gave this first-time mattress shopper a thorough overview of what to look for and what to watch out for. He showed a whole range of mattresses from all price points, then worked with my budget to put me on my best options. After 45 minutes of trying ~10-12 mattresses, he finished off the tour with recommendations for other stores to shop around at.At other stores I had difficulty finding items in my price range and even had a sales associate frown and scoff slightly when I said a relatively low number, which made me appreciate Nate even more for his approach.When I came back to purchase the chosen mattress with the price in mind from our previous conversation, it was out of stock in-store. Nate graciously offered to price-match to a better mattress worth $150 more. The regional manager (Kevin, I believe) was in store that day and personally carried it out to my car and helped me tie it in place.All around phenomenal sales team. I thank God for this salesman. Most of the time when a person makes a mattress purchase it is not an emergency but my sister was in an assisted living facility where there are no extra mattresses if a resident needs one. He helped me to meet the needs of my loved one on a cold snowy day. The mattress was also very affordable as it was an unexpected cost. He was extremely sensitive as he listened to my call with the nurses on the other end. The sale took literally 10 minutes and we had the mattress to the facility in an hour. He went above and beyond the call of a normal salesman!

My husband and I recently had a tragedy we lost our home and everything in it due to a fire. When we showed up to Mattress Firm to get a new mattress Scott, JC and Caleb were amazing they were so helpful and thoughtful. He also made arrangements to deliver to my house so I could get it a few days sooner than if it was delivered by the store delivery truck. Had great experiences with both Scott and JC on separate occasions. Both went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met at a price I was comfortable With when shopping for a box spring and mattress respectively. Scott really makes those box springs look light when he’s loading them. Don’t be fooled surprisingly heavy.

The service was fine. When it came to the financing option I was not told it was a credit card. I was under the assumption it was financing through a bank and I offered to put to put half down. I was told there was no need because it was interest free. This is not reputable conduct.
