My favorite resale shop for my daughter! I love how great the store looks, very clean open and organized. Not to mention the owners are just amazing caring and kind people. I wouldnt sell or buy my clothes anywhere then here 😀

Staff is super friendly and the store is really nice and well laid out/organized. I went to the old store on the Westside and always felt cramped and claustrophobic in the tiny aisles, but this store actually has room to move around and you dont feel like you have to dive into the racks if someone wants to pass you. Highly recommend.

Eh. Not worth selling stuff here. They are VERY pickyI have bought clothes not knowing that it came with holes!

Sales girl was nice but the amount that they try to give you is crazy. I rather give it away to someone wholl use it. Seen a super oldddd wooden high chair that theyre selling for a $100 but tried to give me $13 for 6 Jordans and a couple new outfits.

The store is neat and well organized. Great deals on products. Ive sold twice. All my clothes are stain and hole free. The first time they took almost everything. The second time it was like they didnt even look at the clothes. I had 5 full boxes and they all came back, full. Not worth the prep time to sell.

Great place to find clothes toys etc for kids for cheap.

Once upon a child is a great place to get clothes and other stuff for your kids. The place is well organized, they have a great selection of stuff in great condition sold at fair prices.

Brought in bunch of boxes with GENTLY used stuff!! Some items were like new. Guess what,the lady told me that whatever is left in the boxes has stains on them. Which is so not true..I even had some stuff-like new baby items from H&M..I come home open the boxes and most of stuff wasnt even touched!!!!How I put it in the box-thats how I got it back. Waste of time!!Update:No some things were not even touched!!!how I folded them up,thats how I received it back in the box.

Packed full of great stuff. The other Madison store closed so this is the one stop shop.

Ridiculously slow for sellers. Took an hour and a half and I only was selling one bin of stuff! The queue time for sellers said about 50 minute wait time today but it was actually 90 minutes. :-(
