I gave this place five stars 🌟 they have always had the parts that I needed while working on cars / trucks. when no one else in town had what I needed and they never treated me any different just because I am a woman. That there speaks volumes in my book.

Napa is a great place to shop for auto parts. They are competitive on prices and they have a very experienced staff that know what their doing.

Very dissatisfied. We own semi trucks. We were assured that this Napa store would be able to supply us with what we needed.Each and every time I purchased supplies from them, they were not the right parts. This happened 3 times. I cant say all the counter help is bad,but they do have some that are less than helpful and at times rather rude. I got the impression that some didnt like dealing with a woman.I can assure them, I wont be a problem to them in the future. I intend to do business elsewhere. Very disappointing. As business owners, we try to support local business, this behavior makes that difficult.

Great parts store and really helpful people

Friendly guys but even though its just an auto parts store you would think they could organize the shelves and paint the walls, looks like a bargain basement flee market in there.

Nice and knowledgeable staff.

Don’t try to get a refund for parts that have shipping. Even if it was just ordered and not shipped yet, you will not receive the money back.

Had the 4 inch exhaust pipe I needed but not the sleeves.
