This location is my favorite place to go to purchase parts for my vehicles and usually they have parts in store and if not they get parts deliver within a reasonable time which is 1-3 days. The one thing I dont like about this store is the air conditioner. Every single time I enter it so humid and so hot that is irritating. Every time I walk out of the store my shirt is wet of sweat. Can you do something about this? I honestly do not think of a reason not to use the air conditioner in your store. Other than this is ok. I hope one day you take care of this request. Thank you.

Im a visitor borrowing a car and drove up to see if they could replace windshield wipers. Rep was so helpful and respectful. He helped find out what car model, found the wipers, refilled with wiper fluid and signed me up for Autozone Rewards! Also gave me tips on a good carwash location. Nothing can beat terrific customer service!

Auto Zone and more specifically, Jeffery, was so helpful and knowledgeable when I was having troubles with my car. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a working car to drive the following day. I am so grateful for him and their amazing customer service!

Always my fave autozone in the area, the people working there are nice and helpful and honestly try to get you the best deal instead of up sell you on stuff. I think the two guys who helped me today were James and fong, I didnt catch the me of the lady working today but they got super busy while I was there and were all still real helpful and handled it well. Would definitely recommend over other autoparts places around here.

I cannot express enough gratitude to what the staff has done for me at Autozone shop. As an inexperienced car owner, I went into the auto shop for the first times and had lots of questions. Matt (assistant manager at the Verona rd. location) answered all my questions and concerns very patiently and not only that, he always went out of his way to help me with my car issues regardless of whether I purchased any product or not. I felt genuinely cared and served for as a customer rather than a buyer at the shop.The amount of help I got from the staff was beyond measure. Today Matt just spent 45min of his work day helping me clean up the cabin air filter (where we found MICEEEEE in it!!!!). I still cant believe what Matt has done for me!!. There is no way I could do any of this work myself or any friend could do this. I am so so grateful for his help and I would recommend Autozone for anyone looking for big and small car care and consultation and amazing customer service!Thanks a ton Matt!

Had issues with a battery purchased online, staff was excellent in helping me resolve the issue with a replacement.

Pretty cool concept - you tell them what car you have and whats broke on it and they sell you a part to replace your broken one. Also have OBD scanners. CEL light came on in my car so I swung by, read the code and cleated it. Light has been off ever since.

When in need of certain auto parts they tend to have have the and they are close.

Generally frustrated with my experience. I asked if they could remove and replace 2 specific fuses from my car. They said they couldn’t, but lent me pliers to do it myself. I was unable to remove them fuses because it was below zero and my hands couldn’t grip in the cold. All the while, the staff was helping other customers outside and watching me struggle. They erroneously told me that it was actually probably a blower issue which they could order for $100. I left in frustration, went to the Kia dealership, they removed and replaced the fuses without a problem for $15. Will not be returning to AutoZone.

My car battery died, so I went over right away to get a new one. Not only did they sell me a battery, but Colleen was wonderful enough to install it for me. It wasnt an easy job, with how old the previous battery was (and how corroded and fixed the cables were!) Im so grateful for all of her hard work and that I didnt have to try to do that on my own. I paid for a new battery and it leaked battery acid in the tray. I was also told I meeded a new alternator but didnt. Im VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in Auto Zone. I felt like I was being bamboozled because Im a female. Shame. Shame. On you.

My windshield wiper blade broke while I was running kids around in a storm. They found the right blade for my car, installed it and made sure I got a good deal. They made a bad day so much better.

I just came back from the store: had a wonderful experience with them, especially with Joseph, the manager there. I had to replace a low-beam bulb. Initially, they sold to me the wrong type (there were two models of my car during the same year, and that caused the confusion). When I came back, Joseph checked the bulb, exchanged the wrong bulb with the correct one, and installed the bulb himself -- if I had to do it myself, I had to take the entire headlight piece off (which is what the manufacturer suggests!)Highly recommended!!!

I had a part ordered which one employee told me it was going to be in the next day and it wasnt. They kept telling me they would call when it came in and they never called me to let me know anything. I called the store back an asked if my part was in and they said something happened and had to reorder my part and it would be in later that day and they would give me a call. I didnt receive call so i called the store back and they said it still hasnt came in. It was so much of them beating around the bush and not once apologize for the inconvenience. I have been waiting on stand by for my part for 4 days i was not very happy.

They usually have the part, if not theyll order it. In the event they dont sell an item theyll point you in the right direction wether its a different store or even local auto shops.

The store was clean and orderly, but the staff was less than professional. The guy at the register kept yelling back to the other staff in the back all while a lady was standing right in front of him. The lady was just trying to get an engine light checked but it appeared the other staff were busy back out of view behind the counter. She then went out to her car to wait for someone to become available. I would go back again for a quick part, but I am unsure of their ability to help.

I went into Autozone on Verona Road on Saturday December 14th. I was helped immediately by a guy named Matthew, assistant manager is what his badge said. I needed a new battery for my car. Right away he found the correct one and he offered to put it in for me. I was quite impressed with his knowledge and quickness. I had visited this store before and was weary of going back, but this has been a pleasant and quick experience thanks to Matthew. Ill definitely be back now.

Great customer service and experience. I was having a rough morning (-5 outside, car that I bought a month ago wouldnt start, had to get my car jump-started, etc.). Dao was the person who helped me. He was super friendly, hilarious, and very helpful! My mood immediately turned around. Highly recommend going here!

I have not gone into an AutoZone, and not felt like I was the center of attention when I was with a Technician, and here is no different. They have the greatest customer service, and let you know if there are warranties, or limits on items, not to veer you away, but make you fully aware!If you need to use a tool, you can reserve them! This place offers so much for the car guru, it makes it easier to work on your own car!

I went here just to get a wind shield wiper for the drivers side. They rung me up very fast but.....It took the man so long to install the wipers that my icecream in the car melted. Then he couldnt figure out how to do it, so he got another man to do it. This man did it in less than two minutes. This store really need to train there employees on how to install the wipers better.

Always friendly, very helpful. Ive visited several times due to lights turning on on my dashboard and each time left with knowledge of what to do next or had the issue fixed. Would definitely recommend.

My girlfriend went for a simple battery change. Bought the battery, employee said they’d be with us in a couple minutes to install it. We saw him literally walk to his car, leave in his own car (for what I assume was a break), and finally return after 25 minutes. We saw 5 or 6 other people get service before we finally had our issue resolved. Would not recommend this experience to anything.

Wow, stopped in with my boyfriend to get some hardware to attach his new plates to the car. We here helped by a man who introduced himself as Dao (hope my spelling is right). He not only went outside to the car to ascertain the correct part, he got a screwdriver and helped attach the plates in the freezing twilight, smiling and joking the whole time. Outstanding customer service!

On 4/14, I visited the Auto Zone on Verona Road to buy a car battery. When the employee was installing it, he knocked the fuses and needed to access the fuse box from under my steering wheel. After he had gotten out of my car, I noticed immediately, my leather driver’s seat had a rip in the seat bottom and large scratches on the side. I notified the shift manager, we both took photos of the seat’s condition. He went inside the store for a few minutes. He came out and told me he could not get a hold of his boss and he could not make a decision without him. I was to wait for a call the next day. I gave him all of my contact information. I never received call the next day. I called two days after the incident, and was told I would have to wait for a call again. On, 4/20 I called again on my lunch hour. There was no shift manager working at that time. He would be in that afternoon. I did not receive a call later that day, so I called again around 5:30pm. I finally was able to talk to a manager that had information for me. The manager verbally told me they were willing to pay for half the cost of the repair for my leather seat that their employee damaged. I asked them to send me an email or letter in the mail in writing so I could make a decision on what I wanted to do from there. I gave them my information. Today is 5/1, and I still have received nothing from them. Auto Zone on Verona Rd is not willing to make this situation right. I would not let them touch your vehicle under any circumstance.

I come back to Autozone because the staff is, generally, some of the best customer service employees in the business. This one is no acceptation. They helped me return an order that was purchased online, which most stores wont even entertain, and get the correct item with no issues.While their prices can generally be beaten if you look around. Their deals usually make up for the difference if you know how to discount shop.
