What a presentable, well-kept antique store. Chica, the poodle of some sort, is super sweet! She greeted me with kisses. π The owner makes sure that the items in her store are vintage/antique, only. There were many booths with various items, ranging from toys to glassware to jewelry to books to paintings to kitchen items, etc. The store is tucked away in the little shopping center before you enter Target on Lien Rd. I think its a decent size place with plenty to see. Its totally worth stopping in.
My husband had noticed that this business had posted Going out of Business signs put up on the stores windows and door, as he drove by a few days ago. Today, we went inside. Readers, I did not want to leave. Antiques of almost any kind thrill me to no end. Older books, various pieces of fine glassware, clothing, jewelry, furniture, etc... One almost needs a whole afternoon to tour this business. I do intend to return in a few days. Readers, PLEASE help this business out. Buy, buy, buy! Support the wonderful ladies who run this store! Trust me, you will enjoy the visit. Granted, I do not know when the doors permanently close, so hurry. I know I will! (I remember this business used to be located on Sherman Avenue, here in Madison; I lived nearby, always meaning to visit. I didnt. Until now at where the business moved to).
This store has found a new building and itβs located at 4261 Lien Rd in front of the Target and Michaels. Their prospective opening is mid February to early March. Keep your eyes open for our Grand Re-opening. We are excited to still be in business. Help support your local community by shopping at your small businessβs
Thanks for GPS, this store was hard to find. We found the old and new location. They moved and are not open. We wouldnt been looking if the web site didnt say they were open. The lady in the store told us that they will be closed until the end of March. Bad start.
My family and I visit this little Antique store several times a year. We love to see whats new and what isnt. We are sad to see this place is closing at the end of the year. Another small business going down because of Covid. Sad to see the place go.
I absolutely love the vast and unique selection this smaller antique mall has. Their vendors run sales once in a while and maintain an excellent inventory. If you treasure hunt I reccomend.
Went into inquire about renting space. When speaking with Carol I started my sentence out with Im a multimedia designer and photographer, and thats as far as I got before she interrupted me and went off about how she hates (strong word there) it when artists think they can come in and sell their handmade things. Well, what I was going to ask is if Id be allowed to list my items on my website and take pictures of my booth. I apologized that I upset her and said Im just trying to start my own business. She continued to try to approach me and I said Look that was kind of rude and I wouldnt want to do business with you...and Im not. Also, sorry to the person who has the vintage table up front. I was going to measure the space out in my dining area to see if that was a fit and come back to buy it...but Carol lost you a sale.
Did not have an opportunity to leave a proper review. We went out of our way to get there at 10am, the posted opening time on the website. We were looking forward to visiting; all indications were that it was a special place. Maybe next time. For other visitors, covid-19 has changed operation hours. Please update the website. Thank you π
Drove 1 1/2hrs only to find out theyre closed permanently. Facebook page and Google says it was open.
I always find something I love! Great store
Really picked over, and there closing for good on Dec. 31, 202030 to 75 % off everything in the store..
Amazing dog at the property
Nice place. Lots of variety of different vendors, and prices are always reasonable
The Maple Bluff Antique Mall (1922 S Stoughton Road, Madison, WI 53716) is a very nice antique mall. The mall is very clean and the staff very customer friendly. Nice selection on one floor. To see the whole thing takes less than one hour worth it. Has something for everyone. Has clean and well maintained bathrooms. Great place to go antiquing.
Awesome antique store! Clean and well displayed. Lighting is the best. Great old lady that owns and runs it but her daughter keeps it all together and looking wonderful. Lots of treasures to look at and buy! 5 stars from me.
Temporarily closed due to relocating to 4261 Lien Rd, Madison, WI. Hoping to reopen by mid February.
Super fun antique mall! Not a ton of toys from the 1980s, which is what I collect, but there are little treasures here and there if you stop and look. I just rented a case with lots of 1980s character merchandise (My Little Pony! Pound Puppies! Disney!) so theres something for people like me to look at. Definitely check this mall out!
Nice anitque store with lots of varied items. Something for everyone. Prices were reasonable as well as bargins to find.
Wonderful place she bought alot of items from me woudl for sure recommend checking it out
Cool place, looks small but its actually quite large inside. Friendly group of ladies running it and we found several treasures to take home. Well be back for sure.
So sad to see them closing, I just found them...scored some Bob White by Red Wing.
If you dont see it in the window you will surely find it inside. Best antique mall in the country.
Always a fun place to visit and you never know what you might find. Collectible vintage antiques good prices. Louis waited his whole life
Great place to find just about anything
Eclectic variety of just about everything. Worth a detour.
Always find cool item.
Alot of interesting items!
This place is bigger than youd think and its packed with fantastic items that are reasonably priced.
Great antique mall, nice size and plenty of different booths to explore. Most items were priced very good.
Place is huge. Prices can vary from great to bad but depends on the seller. Theres a guy in the middle of the store roughly behind the cashier that sells vinyl for really good prices and has a great selection. The other big seller there is a complete rip off.
Lots and lots of stuff, and the prices arent bad.
Maple Bluff is a great place to shop for antiques and collectibles. It beats out a lot of the area flea markets on price and the assortment of merchandise is broad. The shop has great jewelry in a variety of price ranges. Maple Bluff s in a new, more convenient location - a short drive from the Stoughton Road exit on the beltline. If youre driving into Madison East to West on the beltline its the first exit youll hit in Madison.
Crowded, with lots of dishes and glass stuff. Didnt spend a lot of time in the shop.
This place was soo cute and the lady behind the counter was SO nice and very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend for a rainy day or if youre a treasure hunter or just like looking at antiques, like me :)
You never know what you will find.the owners are very nice and helpful.

This is a fun little antique shop, not too large, and not overrun with beer and Star Wars stuff(though yes, you can find a little of that too).
Much bigger than it looks from the street found several goodies
Nice selection of antiques.
Great shop, and friendly staff!
Always worth the stop.
