From a Carrier perspective they don’t even give you a chance at all . I know they have to follow there protocols but over all when you call the staff is pretty rude I spoke to two different woman there today and they didn’t even let me speak they were rude and they hung up on me I tried calling back and they forwarded my call they’re just very unprofessional and that just makes you think as .....How else can I get their attention well let me place a review and negative one hopefully the owner of this place really does see what they’re doing to the company And even if they don’t need my services now I understand but that wasn’t the way to go about..... I’m sorry that the staff doesn’t know how to handle customer service 😔

No sense of safety you call them out they hit you on a technical issue .. retirement plan is trash . Longest worked only 7 yrs . Hr is trash no wonder people dont stay

From my experience as an employee at this place I think it is a pretty laid back place to work. If you come to do your job you want have any complaints. Some jobs say they care about your family but I can honestly say they worked with me through all my family things. Not being from here I have family out of state and my wife is military so she leaves from time to time. They have given me the upmost respect and I return the respect back. Overall I would say this is good job with nice people in the office and on the floors.

Shipping company - they were very helpful and courteous and quick and loading
