At the Punjab Market in Madera, California I picked up some frozen garlic naan which was delicious when heated at home. The take-out Chicken Curry, made extra hot per my request, was delicious! No more trips will be needed to Fresno for great Indian cuisine!

Little pricey but I did leave stuffed. Maybe the meal was for 2. Awesome.

We absolutely loved our experience there. We walked in for our order and got to browse the store while we waited for our food. Their selection was awesome and the woman who helped us, Mita(sp?) was outrageously kind and hospitable. We took our food to go, I almost gave them the five stars before we ate our food. The food makes me wish I could give even more stars! This place will definitely be a staple for myself and my family.

Excellent!! Always went to Fresno for Indian food and just found out we had one here. Very flavorful spices and currys. The best chicken tandoori, garlic naan, and samosas we’ve had. Will go back. Nice people and need to support local business.

Tried their chai paneer w/a limca soda it was sooo good! Also tried the “little hearts” and i loved them!And the guy who helped was super nice so was the staff!Totally coming back again !

Neeta & Surender have a fabulous little store with a variety of Indian products and spices. The food in the restaurant is delicious and hot! Our favorite is the butter chicken with garlic nan! This is a great family owned business and a gem for the community of Madera!

Best kept secret in Madera. Didnt know the town had a place like this until a year ago. Very nice guy. Very good food.

Wow. What an amazing restaurant! It looks like just a regular grocery store, but the food is to die for! Probably some of the best Indian food Ive had in California. Has to be a stop if you want fresh and hot Indian food.

Best place in madera to get indian food that I have found.

The owners are gracious and friendly and very happy to explain anything. The food is wonderful, far better samosas than any restaurant in Fresno and the goat curry is to die for! Fresh, fragrant and delicious! Order well ahead and they will have what whatever you would like. We are trying the tandoori fish next time!!

This place is horrible. I went with my Sikh buddies and they were so disappointed. Lady was kinda rude also. Its not a good place to order food from. And very empty and dirty. Go to Fresno for the best.

Great chicken curry. If you want it spicy ask for it.The service was great. They kept bring us food to try. At one point I saw the chef watching us to see if we enjoyed the food. Overall it felt like eating food at grandmas house.

The food is absolutely horrible, the roti was hard and stale and the vegetables curry was disgusting.

Highly recommended for homemade Indian food. Their egg curry is a must-try.

Yes Im here on vacation from Bend Oregon and I stopped at the Punjab groceries & food-to-go was very great their food is wholesome and their TVs very authentic Indian food great place I record the Mendham of 5 * and great people and and I recommend others to go there

If you want best customer service in the town please come to the Punjabi kitchen and grocer they also have a Lyca mobile and Gurbani radio the people are working are awesome and they are very very loving peopleThey are also selling bio green hair color shampoo with various color like a dark brown black brown, black and light brown buy this product and see the magic will take care of your hair color very smoothly
