Love cvs pharmacy, there quick n our insurance covers meds and there med prices are great ) they have cute items as well :)

I love shopping at this store. All staff are always very friendly and helpful. At times there are long lines but just depends what time of the day you go. However the line moves fairly quickly.

They employees at this CVS pharmacy on Country Club Drive are totally incompetent and uncaring. I was told my prescription was ready when I called in but when I arrived it was not. I was then told to get in another line and I waited over 30 minutes and they still did not have my prescription ready. That did not stop them from chitchatting and laughing while I was being ignored even though I was standing in front of them! If I could give zero stars I would! Dont go to this pharmacy!

I always go here and I have no problem at all. To the people who say that there are long lines, when I go there there arent long lines so I dont know what you guys are talking about. To the people who say that they are rude towards you, they are probably having a bad day and they cant always be nice when they are having a bad day.

I went to this CVS March 7, 2021. I had an appointment for a covid vaccine and was rejected due to not having insurance. If it was up to CVS, only the rich would live.If you need the covid vaccine, please go through the county. The covid vaccine is being distributed at the Madera Fair grounds without the requirement of having insurance.

They are never ready to work when they open. 9 oclock am . The roll the doors up but, you have to wait another 4 to 8 mins. They should be ready for customers and 9. There is always a line and not enough people to help.

Long waits even when theres nobody in there. Always have to come back for at least one RX and its usually hours before its ready. The people are rude and all but refuse to answer the phone. If my insurance didnt require I go to CVS I would go anywhere else.

Worse pharmacy ever!! This was my FIRST and LAST visit to this pharmacy. Prior to this pandemic, I have been trying several times calling their office and remained on the phone for what seemed forever, trying to get a hold of a pharmacist tech. No one EVER answers, so dont waste your time. I like to save a trip of forming a line and getting told I would have to come back later for my medicine. Thats the reason I was calling. But since no one answered I decided to go down to the pharmacy... The line was soooooo long I waited for an hour in line!! At first there was only one person helping, then about half an hour or so later they decided to put another person to help. Otherwise I would have waited even longer...ridicoulous !! NEVER AGAIN.

Been here twice so far, unfortunately it is the closest pharmacy to my residence .. both times have been no different than most of the reviews already made about this pharmacy . In reference to pharmacy only, the techs and personnel operating back there show no sense of urgency, they will have 10+ customers with one tech . The attitude/demeanor is not welcoming and not much communication with the customer . Doesn’t seem no one tries, maybe other people that care should be there instead . Anyways the store is nice .

The staff are genuinely friendly.They remember faces and names and ask after your kids if they have seen them before, which is pretty cool.The pharmacy line can get a little long in the evening hours. Best to go before 4PM if possible.

The Asian pharmacist discriminates against deaf people and refuse to use writing materials to communicate, deaf people cant read lips when were wearing masks during the pandemic.

They are remodeling the Pharmacy,again.the store really needs a good cleaning.floors are always dirty.sometimes smells.the Pharmacy staff is doing the best they can do during remodel.its been fully staffed and wait times are normal.

Like all of the other reviews. Staff at the pharmacy is rude. First time getting my meds here and Im changing to a different one now.

I truly love CVS they provide a great service from prescriptions to daily needs there organic food isle is awesome dont forget to earn extra care bucks for your beauty hygiene needs.Grab a Hallmark card for that special someone in your life.I think this is an awesome store.Keep up the good work.

Worst pharmacy ever!! Super slow and poor customer service! I was told my sons medication would be filled by 3pm (this was at noon). I come back at 730pm and am told it won’t be ready for another half an hour!!! The pharmacy techs are very rude and have horrible customer service skills. I won’t be using this pharmacy ever again.

This place is rediculous. The wait and the rudeness from the staff is appalling. Not to mention the manager giving me false information and seemed to not care. Definitely changing pharmacy!

There pharmacy closes at 8 not ten and when you ask them inside why they are rude and say they dont know theyve never had those hours and thats not there problem

Holy grail for beginner couponers! People overlook their other departments because they are mainly known for their pharmacy but they have good deals on other items!

The worst place...every time they miss up my insurance. I wait in the line for 30 minutes then have to step out of line so they can ring it up again. One so tell me I have no refills then 5 mins later refills appear. They are the slowest and the rudest.

This store is filthy. The pharmacy staff is RUDE AND UNCARING. I was hung up on 3 times. Cut off and put on hold during mid sentence. They lie and are understaffed.

This cvs on country club is a horrible store horrible service and no compassion for patients in need i went to the pharmacy showed proof of id from dmv. And they wouldnt give me my prescriptions fully seeing i had just left the dentist and was in pain from four wisdom teeth extractions spoke with the pharmacy management and no help just horrible!!!!

Worst pharmacy experience...i go to the pick up line, they found my prescription to be told get in line at the drop off because Medical has to be input the system. Then im told to go back to where i was in the pick up. Line. Overall a wait of one hour going from line to line. Ridiculous! Couldnt all be done in the beginning💁💁

First and last time getting my meds here ...usually get them at BK PHARMACY but since it was Saturday it was closed ....but they dont answer the phone and when they do its with a bad humor like why do they even hire people that arent willing to work !

Worst pharmacy ever I cant believe they withheld my medicine knowing I have bronchitis this is so messed up its been two days smh never again will I waste an hour in line for nothing here
