Don’t waste your time. Very un profesional. Their workers are not trained. They measured wrong 3 times and ordered the wrong style of cabinets. Read other reviews, it’s not just us. After installing incorrect measurement cabinets they lie and say it’s city regulations. Not only that, the cabinets were falling apart and they had to return and fix several times. We also had issues with our laminate floor braking and talking to the worker who already had to come and repair twice said it was not done properly. They needed to install something below first but didn’t because Fausto, he man I charge of the project from La Casa de Cerámica said not too do it. Sadly even the owner of the company came over after many of our complaints and she very surprisingly admitted the horrible job her employees had done and promised to fix it. Again, only promises. Almost a year now and it’s still an ongoing issue. They promise to come over and they never show up on the promised date.If you don’t like headaches, look somewhere else. Horrible company to deal with.

La Casa Cerámica had a delay with our material but Fausto did everything to resolve things in a timely manner. Made remodeling easy.

Horrible customer service. First of all, I placed an order and the told me the waiting was a week. After 2 weeks I have to call them and they said that the tile was not there yet. Two days later, after I call for the second time, they said it was ready to pick up. I live 45 minutes away from the store/warehouse and when I showed up they told me the warehouse was closed and that I will need to return the following day. There were 2 persons on the store and none of them were able to help me to get my order. They just said “Have a great day” and expect for me to return the following day, while the girl at the front desk was too busy cleaning and polishing her nails.

Tere was very helpful in helping us find the exact tile we were looking for. We showed up after the store was closed and she still took the time to help us. She took the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions.

Good customer service

No stars for this establishment! Do not do business here very bad customer service, employees on the show room have no clue as to what they are doing! We worked with Fatima who seemed eager to help us at first. Once they received our deposit we never heard back from her again! We called the store and they told us she was off we than called a few days later to see what was the status and they told us she didn’t work there no more that she had moved to a Fresno store! Basically she took our money and ran!

My intentions when walking in the the store was to just look and go check out more options at other similar stores. I was greeted by Fatima upon entrance. She told us to feel free to look around and she would help us with questions. Then Fausto came in and started educating and explaining with details what our options where. My husband and I felt comfortable so we decided to look no further. Our questions where answered in detail and they were very patient with us. We are extremely satisfied with the costumer service received from Fatima and Fausto. They make a awesome team and work very well together! I do not recommend this store. The only reason we went there was because they had a bit of flooring selection. I admit, I felt rushed when I went in to browse for the style we liked. Almost seemed to pushy to get a sale. Once we were set with the style and deposit, things went downhill. We paid to have the tile flooring installed. It was supposed to be a 3-4 day project. Those work days got spread out over an almost 2 week span. Very iritating as my kitchen was being worked on so I did not have access to my appliances during that time. The installer would show up as he wished arriving at least 2-3 hours late. One day it was a complete no-show and did not have good communication. My husband is a great DIYer but we decided to leave this in someone elses hands to speed things up. Instead it left us in total frustration. Now we look back at the flooring and notice the imperfections. DONT GO THERE. You will waste your time and money.

My wife and i got a great deal on our kitchen we bought there. The customer service Is awesome and they are all billingual. Ask for Teresa she is very knowledgeable and explains everything very detailed. Also the rest of the crew is great. They have everything youll need for your next home project.

I hate to be lied about anything. This place is by far my worst experience as a customer. I will be brief on my situation.I picked out a ceramic floor. I waited and waited for it.The arrival date came and no show. I decided to call the store because no one would let me know what was happening. Thats when Fatima told me that if i can go to the store to pick another type of flooring because the one I had picked came from China and it was going to take a long time to arrive. BIG LIE.After doing my own research, that particular flooring had been discontinued. It doesnt even exist anymore.I did go back to La Casa De Ceramica and picked out a new ceramic floor.As I sit here writing this review I am looking at my calendar and notice that the purchase was on June 14th and todays date is July 21st. WoW 🤦It was just a matter of time for the pandemic excuse to be thrown at me as well. I just called for an update and was told that due to the pandemic trucks are getting orders backed up.💵 My first payment is already due and the job is not done wait it hasnt even started. 😏 Not good.

I went to this store in search of some tile for my living room. I was amazed by the variety of different styles they offered...a lot more than I have seen at any Lowe’s or Home Depot. The girl’s working there were quick to help me and provided great customer service. Since I already had the measurements for my living room they were able to let me know how much material I would need right away... was also glad to know that part of there services included going out and measuring my house if need be. Overall I was able to get a good deal with them thanks to all the promotions they gave me. Definitely would recommend this store and I am definitely going back to tile the rest of my home.Thank you!

The worst company to deal. They don’t know anything about customer service, they only care about getting your money. Don’t set any expectations and don’t answer your concerns. They don’t care about time lines. They play with you. STAY AWAY!!!!

This place is very unprofessional. I had my credit run to see how much i would qualify for and the next thing I know im receiving a credit card and a due payment. When i called the manager to see what was going on she stated that i had authorized it and that the cabinets were already ordered. She kept stating i ordered them even tho i had not signed any contract, didnt know what payments were going to look like, nothing! She tried to tell me that she did everything legally. Yeah right!Update: so after disputing the charges. My account was closed and I do not have to pay. Be careful when dealing with this company they make false claims and try to scare you into paying for something you never signed for. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Know your rights as a consumer so companies like this cant bully you with false claims into buying something you didnt order.

Can I give no stars? This place had terrible service, they act all nice and polite but when it comes down to it they won’t help. They don’t honor their service prices and change them when it’s convenient. They are quick to take your money but if there’s an issue they take forever to figure it out and act like they know, not even the manager can help because apparently they’re all managers. This is the worst company to buy from and to get anything done to your house. Had the worst experience ever going through them they are fast to take your money but when it comes down to the rest they are sloppy and not professional at all. Had someone from the store come measure my countertops to find out he didnt know what he was doing because when they came to install them it was the wrong size because he didnt measure right and then the manager at the store try to blame me when they sent someone to measure and I told them I wanted my money back and she said they dont give money back (but they are fast to take it). And then the manager at the store wanted the installer to cut my island so the countertop could fit cause they ordered the wrong size and didnt want to order the one they should have in the first place. And then the installer decides to make the holes on the countertops for my bathrooms where he wanted instead of where the sinks need to go and thats that he took the template to make the holes in the right spot and after he messed up he try to tell me that the sinks were whats wrong not the hole he made and for me to take the sinks back to the store and get different ones. Overall worst experience ever would not go back for nothing

Horrible!!! Send our tile later than told. Missing 5 boxes of tile. So 25 tiles. Then they said the tile was in Visalia and they would send it. Now they say the tile is in Mexico and they cant cross is to the US. That they can give us diffrent tile for the other room. So now our house will have to have 2 diffrent tiles unless we pay someone more to remove the tile that has been laid already to replace with new one. And they want us to pick it up now when they said they would deliver. Horrible place. They have no desire to work with customer

Bad service, high cost for low quality work. Purchased tile, cabinets, and granite. The workmanship of the granite and tile backsplash was low and now the cabinet doors are warping. I called to get warranty service with no results yet.

Bad bad service! They took good care of us at first, then they offered us something that later they said they didnt have, they didnt deliver us on time, they sold us the measures badly (they gave us a larger one without needing to charge us more) ... anyway, I dont recommend it at all !!

Worst service, dont go to this place.
