Sound Unlimited is a hidden Gem. There staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to Audio. I recently upgraded my stock speakers in my 2021 Honda Accord and added 1 12” sub. They also do not attempt to sell you things you dont need or over charge you like every other sound shop I have been to in Fresno. They do a great job of guiding you in the right direction. These guys are very knowledgeable. They fixed an issue in my car that another shop in fresno tried for months. I stopped by and spoke to the installer. He immediately knew what the problem was and explained to me how a certain interface module would solve my problem. Gave me the cost of the interface module. They ordered the part and installed it a few days later and just like that problem gone. They even re tuned my system with this really expensive looking audio machine ive never seen before and now it sounds amazing!

Took my car in August to get a stereo installed the owner stated my amp was bad. So I bought an amp thinking it was a problem but my old was still good and played music ONCE. I told him the problem about it and keeps ignoring my messages. The time he did reply was with attitude. Very unprofessional people here. Need better customer service

Frendly but maybe to expensive I pay $401.80 for my chevy truck, they just instal 2 motor locks in my truck use my horn truck + labor I dont think that would cost 400

Was the best stereo installation place Ive ever been to. Went there to get my stock speakers replaced and add a little extra bump. All I did was, tell him that I wanted clean, clear sound without the bass taking over the tweets, or tweets over bass. And he did an excellent job. My stereo was sounding amazing, I got alot of complements on how clean it sounded, even when I turned it up. Thanks Frank. Loved it. Abel D.

Speakers were really great but service was horrible! After I got my car the owner(frank) left all kinds of dirt on my doors and my interior was all dirty with hand prints I also seen a few pounctured holes on my passager door also seen scratches on my paint that I know wasn’t there before, then told me to figure out how to set up my stereo.👎🏽

Had an appointment to install am amp and 10in subwoofer in my suburban on march 2, 2019 at 10am. Ariived on time and left at 10:30am when no one arrived. So much for buying local. I woll take my hard earned money somewhere else

We took a car in for replacement of front speakers and now car sounds horrible. Owner suggested more equipment to make it sound better. All we wanted was the same speakers same sound as the original Bose front speakers. Owner not willing to solve the problem. Horrible customer service .

Customer service was horrible! They gave me a quote over the phone, and when I went to store they quoted higher a price!! I told them I only had a few more dollars than the original quote, thats when they really got dumb with me! Telling me how they dont like to barter, and her husband is not in a good mood, so at that point I left, and will never attempt to do business with them again! 😬

Took the man a 0 gauge amp kit and 4 gauge amp kit he didnt use the 4 gauge i took him he ran 8 gauge wire 2 my highs and mids map didnt ground it right now im getting a winding sound and never got my 4 gauge wire kit back
