Horrible customer service. was not greeted upon arrival. I was looking for some particular tweezers that have a women design on the handle part. Those are the only once i have found worked for me. I asked the African American lady and she looked bothered by my question. She just gave me this annoying look and went about her business. Last time i will visit this store.

I always get excellent customer service every time I go. The staff is knowledgeable and takes their time making sure I find a hair product that closely meets my needs. Absolutely recommend this Sallys whether you know exactly what you need or if youre just trying to find something that works.

It was ok, but I felt they were in a hurry to help me,so one girl helped me, Sally beauty reputation didnt look good at all yesterday.i just felt like no one wanted to help me.

Love it there the Manger Gina has always been so helpful for years, helps me all the time n take her time makes me feel special )

All the ladies are very nice and welcoming! Gina was awesome she covered all my questions and give excellent advice on all my products I was buying.

Rude manager shes been here for years and her attitude is still the same, how about work on your customer service.. she always seems to be catching an attitude with her employees as well, no wonder theres new people working here all the time. Need better service.

Went in to see about a cheap hair extensions for my daughter to color for a 1 time us the employee Alexis was very helpful in explain what we would need in order to do this process.

Its a small store but very packed. I couldnt find some name brand items but they had the genetic versions. The employees are helpful and the store is in a very convenient location next to a Safeway store and a Walmart.

My renewal membership was due in October. I went in on August they asked for my card but never asked me if I wanted to renew.They automatically did it without asking. I also felt like I was being watched.
