Never on time and lie about weather delays. Every since the Pandemic started I never receive anything on time and I’m paying $25-$30 for shipping they are treating priority packages like regular packages.
HORRIBLE Customer Service. We have been missing an IMPORTANT package containing legal documents since 09/09/2021. I had contacted FEDEX Corporate MULTIPLE times (6 to be exact plus 1 email). I have FINALLY located where the documents ended up and was instructed to contact them directly to see about picking it up in person. When I called in, I was politely explaining what I needed and was RUDELY sighed at and then hung up on.
They keep returning my package to the facility after being out for delivery for only 3 hours. Hire new people if they can’t get the job done. No one showed up to my house to begin with.
SOOOOOOOO incredibly disappointed and angry with FedEx and this facility. EVERY time I am due to receive a package, theres always a problem or delay. This time, I was due to receive a package for equipment for my new job that I start tomorrow, but they cant find it. Dont use these guys. Find a different package carrier... these guys cant be trusted.
It is beginning to be STATUS QUO for FedEx not to deliver as promised and paid for.I wander hiw quick that would change if they actually got to bill fir services actually provided instead of servicespaid in advance and not received ❗❓
They limited the nu.ber of people to 2. So there was a family of 2 inside and one register you going but no one else could go inside. Finally someone came out and tried to assist those of us who were standing outside.
My package has been out for delivery every day since Monday. Its now Thursday and I still havent received it. For some reason the driver keeps taking it back to the facility. Whats so bad us I had a different package delivered yesterday from the same Fedex facility, so why couldnt they deliver both packages at the same time if it was on the truck?? I dont get it. Every time I order anything and it has to be delivered through FedEx it runs smoothly until it reaches the Macon GA facility. I dont know what the hell theyre doing over there but I wish someone would do their job. Hate giving them one star but thats the only way you can write a review.
The worst delivery imaginable, they must be trying to out do the post office in poor service! Packages are dropped anywhere they choose and left out in inclement weather, never a knock on the door or a ring of the bell. Good money is paid for their service and it is lacking in every way. UPS seems to be the only decent delivery service available these days.
I have had 6 packages that have made it to the Macon office and never make it to my house...in the past year...they are listed as damaged, undeliverable....ironically, they are items like a case of wine, laundry detergent, case of sports drinks, .....but i seem to get my dog food ok....hmmmmm I feel for the retailers because they are ones on the losing end, they have to refund or reorder....and FedEx keeps the damaged goods???? PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG...
The drivers dont knock or ring the doorbell, and they throw packages on the front porch into puddles of water and just leave it in the rain without even trying to let anyone inside know they made a delivery. And when you try to get a local number to call, the computer system will thoroughly infuriate you before hanging up in your face if you refuse to speak to the computer. Nothing else i order will be shipped via FedEx if I have any say in the matter. Whatever happened to good customer service?
This is the worst delivery service ever. Twice I have had packages sitting somewhere on a truck for days and not being delivered on time. When you call customer service they reading Toyota what the computer says. There needs to be a way to track these drivers bc they are clearly not delivering packages and just pushing out your delivery date.

Most of the time I get great service this time the employee was very rude and made me feel less of a customer and a problem to his day so not satisfied.
Ordered a package and it was at shipping facility for 3 days which is 40 min from my house. Can’t get any update on if I can pick it up or if it’s on the truck. But day after day it’s scanned at the shipping facility. They have never attempted to deliver my package.
They left my package (which was electronics) out IN the rain with no plastic bag around the box, sitting IN a mud puddle. My phone number was on the package and I was home. They could have easily called or at the very least put it inside a plastic bag.
No issues. Didnt go inside because I was able to leave it at front door since it already had shipping label. As soon as I got back in my car the fed ex guy came & retrieved it & took it inside!!
Bunch of BS they said that they tried to deliver today. Ive been home all day waiting for them and they never showed up.
I had a package that showed out for delivery scanned on a truck it never got delivered, I called then made a claim gave me a b.s excuse and said it would be delivered the next day Saturday ok Saturday it shows out for delivery didnt happen so I check and it says whether was bad couldnt delivery lol the weather was sunny all day.fedex is horrible.

I had a refrigerated package that never got delivered and another item that was on the truck for delivery the day before!!! I will never use FedEx ever again. My mom had a package on a delivery truck for 17days!!! Yes I typed 17!!! Do better FedEx!!
Waited outside, a customer with numerous packages ran inside ahead of me. I only had an envelope and waited patiently, the FEDX agent saw me waiting, stopped what she was doing excused herself came outside and asked me if this was all that I had, took the envelope sealed it and brought me the receipt, I thanked her for her kindness and left. Its all about service

In the past 4 years, Ive had only a single package delivered on time. Just one. Every time, I get an excuse that business was closed or cant access the building when I clearly live in residential house next to other residential houses that are all neither apartments or businesses. Ive literally had to drive to this FedEx hub to pick up a package after waiting 4 days past the delivery date. From the tracking numbers, my packages always arrive in Macon in a timely manner, so its purely this FedEx hub thats the issue. I had a time sensitive package that was supposed to be delivered today, and lo and behold, I got a notification that it couldnt be delivered. Im at a point Im going to start refusing to order anything that is not being shipped via UPS and USPS.
Worst customer service ever terrible horrible people. The amount of laziness and the awful customer service is unreal. My package has been on the delivery truck for a week and customer services response was we cant help that, theres no information or updates, contact the seller. How is the seller responsible for FedEx losing my package.
I had a package to be for hold at my local Walgreens but the driver lied and stated that the store was closed! Typical..stealing packages..weekend drivers..enough said.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This facility loses packages scanned for the delivery truck and offers no help. We haven’t had a good experience with this particular fed ex facility.
Generally Fed ex is good, once in a blue moon, they blunder. They will not help you get large items to their counter, but they will assist you in every way once you hit that mark. They taped the shipping labels on for me at no charge.
AMAZING Customer Service
Why is it okay for a FedEx driver to park behind customers and prevent them from backing out of their legal parking space? I had to go in and pick up a package but could not leave the parking lot until the FedEx driver for the truck with the license plate CNH8286 moved the FedEx truck he was driving and parked sideways preventing me from being able to leave. This is not acceptable nor how you treat your customers who come in to either drop off or pick up packages.
Update: My shipment was running behind so instead of sending a message saying it’s on the way send a message saying the schedule is behind... this is beyond pathetic.This is the worst shipping company I’ve ever had. Drivers don’t read the door tags to leave at the front door. I’ve had to pick up almost every single package from FEDEX. This is completely unacceptable.
Had a large document shipment and Darryl was working and he was AWESOME! He helped me get the shipment boxed up and got me out of there in a very timely manner and was super nice throughout the entire experience! Thank you Darryl!
Went there today to ship various different items and Jake or Jacob was very rude and dismissive. Not helpful at all and just told me he could not do anything of the things I needed done even though I was willing to purchase all the shipping and package myself.
Only give them a 1 because it made me to be able to post review. This is by far the worst place for delivery of your packages. Not once, but every single time I have had a package from them, they either cant find me and the package stays on the truck for a week or they put it on someone elses porch and we then have to file with shipper for lost package because we do not get ours. Im at the point that from now on if I cant choose the delivery method and they use FedEx, I will not order from them. This is just plain nonsense. I have never had a problem with UPS.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. the had my package on the truck out for delivery and did not delivery it... when I called to ask why they said that it is their choice to deliver or not and that even though I paid and chose next day shipping they have 3-5 days to deliver it. It was something my son had to have today and now is out of it. I will never shop with them again worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Very bad experience with this center. 2 day shipping was paid for. They first attempted delivery during the middle of the day when no one was home (signature was required). There was no attempt to deliver the package the next two days despite customer service guaranteeing re-delivery.
Didnt have enough employees helping the amount of people shipping items out.
Package was suppose to be delivered today but claim it had the “wrong address” and then they changed my schedule delivery to tomorrow for a mistake they made. I put it in to be left in the apartment front office anyways but they still claim since it was missing the apartment number, which on my end it shows the apartment, that they couldn’t drop it off. As of now I’m waiting to see if they can attempt to drop it off again since now they have the “correct address”.

Non delivery on said date of arrival on a Saturday, waited all day till following Weekday, called the FedEx on Monday gave tracking # information on item, driver attempted to deliver on Saturday but! No one was at home to recieve,, now delivery will not be done till Tuesday. I was home on the Saturday that was scheduled to deliver, I have a Ring door bell with camera and another Camera surveillance on whole front of house.( DRIVER NEVER ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER THIS ITEM AND NEVER CAME TO MY DOOR. ON SATURDAY.)I WILL DISCUSS THIS FURTHER WHEN THEY COME. I NEED THIS ITEM YESTERDAY. THIS IS NOT DONE!This is TOTALLY BULL S#÷T.

The delivery date changed because you attempted a delivery?! Thats a lie! Your driver sat outside of my house for 15 minutes in her truck, on her phone, then drove away without delivering my package. My USPS driver had to park behind her because she was blocking my sidewalk!
Waited ALL day for my delivery (scheduled by 8pm) then get an email notification that no one was home, when I definitely WAS home and waiting on my package. Now I have to leave work early on Christmas eve and drive 2 cities away and pick it up myself from the shipping center. OR I have the option of making my daughter wait until after Christmas for her gift. This is absolutely ridiculous! !!! And I will never ever ship using FedEx again. Postal service always delivers when they say they will. So does UPS.

I had a delivery that said it was on a FedEx truck for delivery for 3 days. I still havent received the package. Sad part about all of this is that fedex delivered another package I ordered days later. Whats the point of paying more for expedited shipping when you arent doing your job. I think Ill stick to UPS

I had to go there to mail some important paperwork to USAA about an accident my wife had been involved in, and yes she is ok but I had to go to the main office in Macon I have lived here pretty much all of my life and had No Idea where this plastic was,after getting the directions 247 north take Brodway and about a 1/4 of a mile it right there on your left,the Gentleman that was at the counter was very FRIENDLY took care of my package and I was on my way. It was a heck of alot easier than I had thought it was going to be. Thanks
I’ve had more than 2 packages that were LATE. I don’t get how you scan my package for “placed on the truck” and “out for delivery” and still don’t deliver my package on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. Y’all not working.

I had a package show delivered on May 22nd, well it was never delivered to my location. I submitted a claim and they said someone will call in 2 hours. The lady called and said I had already answered all questions and then gave me her name and that was it. Nothing else. I had another supposed to deliver today, I was outside when it showed delivered to my email and no fedex truck was even in my neighborhood. Guess what another claim and I filed a claim on the driver as well. I have two more packages supposed to come tomorrow.. I will be very suprised if it actually shows up. Its bad when you live in the heart of the city in a very easy to find location but someone cant do their job and deliver to the right address..
I spoke to Denzel about picking up a package. He was polite, efficient, and did what he could to answer my concerns regarding my packages delivery.
I get shipments often for my job, and this location is always quick to help, and super friendly.

I think this is an awful delivery service. Why should anyones packages be left outside without notification that the package is on the way. I have had several packages with medical supplies and equipment left outside without notification or even a knock on the door. I also have asked for notifications and emails when packages are on the way to no prevail. Service is just poor.
