Please, for the love of God, stay away from this place. I was advised of my financial responsibility upon picking up my equipment. I paid my portion and asked if there were any other charges. They advised of a $4 and change monthly rental charge to be drafted. I agreed, signed my paper work, and left. 3 weeks later I had a $271 charge from this business. I did not have the funds for this charge, as I was not expecting it. The charge caused $288 in over draft fees from other purchases I had. When I called the billing department to figure out what was going on. They stated they had not received payment from my insurance company yet, so they took the money frommy account. I advised if I owed anything I would have been happy to pay it, but no one told me anything. They then explained to me that they have the right to take what they want when they want without my knowledge to cover any balances. After my experience I checked with bbb and see that there are many of the same complaints and multiple lawsuits pending.

They need to list a fax # on their website. I tried 3times and my pcp tried multiple times requesting their fax #. All together it took 2 weeks to get this information. In the meantime my husband was without his CPAP for over 2 weeks.
