Always enjoy the food depots shopping, I love most all the brands and products, meats are great, the store is clean, especially the employees they are always nice to me, thanks food depot!

I keep gettin Food Depot mixed up with Aldis still,my wife drags me grocery shopping soooo...no comment!

Prices are posted at the normal retail price of other stores and a 10% charge is added. Big rip off. There is one item that we like to buy but is hard to find elsewhere. We buy that one item and leave.

Clean store, the butcher is always willing to cut up your meat for you or whatever you need. Friendly people and good service

Unfortunately some employees do not treat people kindly (especially Muslims. I don’t know what we did? When we say thank you, the employee does not answer, and the non-Muslim has fun and laughs with him, unfortunately.

We did go there and bought name brand items a lot cheaper than Kroger...they have a good produce dept...Ill definitely go back...

This Food Depot is very clean, well lit and the staff is friendly! The produce person said good morning, the butcher said good morning, my cashier said good morning, all were cheerful and pleasant! The shining star of this customer service team is a young man named Tyler. Tyler bagged my groceries and was the most polite young man I have come across in ages! His customer service is unparalleled in any grocery store Ive shopped. He offered to help me to the car with my groceries and when I had forgotten an item he went and got it for me! I live in the metro Atlanta area and no one has ever been so polite and helpful at any of the Food Depots near me! So refreshing to see great young people coming up, working hard and setting an example for those younger! Keep up the good work Tyler! With your attitude and work ethic youll go far!

The place has been great food price and quality.. recently the last few times I shopped there I’ve seen regular price spikes along with food that taste funny after I get it home.. I know that supermarkets in general retag older foods that’s common knowledge but the frozen meats etc after cooked ame have had a very strange taste... I still love the store but I’m not buying anymore frozen or previously frozen foods from your store... truth is truth

This grocery store has an excellent meat market with butchers on staff. Prices on meats are cheaper than any other grocery store in Macon.

Disappointed to see their prices keep gradually rising. Plus 10% added at register. Which to me, is ridiculous if your going to raise prices.

They need to move the meat out the store quicker with lower prices or upgrade their meat displays with colder temperatures, by the time you get home 3 miles open to cook your food it shouldnt be smelling having to throw it away or inconvenience bring it back, do better. Meat Department 🙃😏

It has a awful odor in the store

Was treated very courteously and the staff was very helpful. A few of the brands I normally buy are not carried, such as, Hillshire Farms luncheon meets, but I do realize they cant carry every brand. Overall everything was great. The cashier Derick is always fast and helpful and the bag people are considerant to the fact that Im disabled and I very much appreciate their help in bagging and taking my.groceries to my car.Thanks to everyone.

The store has a funny smell but it has ok inventory. Most of the store isnt cared for like it should be. The price for the meat matches the store atmosphere. Good if you want to save a dollar.

2 lanes open both 7 carts deep. Do not be in a rush if you plan on shopping here!!!

My favorite grocery store for finding what I need economically

The cashier was rude . I didnt no that she was closed because I thought light was on. She let me know her light wasnt on and she wasnt ready. Thats ok but rude is not little lady older Im 65 and work 35 hrs week sometimes I know how she feels but rude I never would be my daughter and I were at hospital came to get a few things I will make sure not to get in her line. Thank you.

I enjoy going to food depot without a specific list in mind. Their bulk spices are excellent, and their produce section always contains interesting and hard to find items. Their meat is often a good deal, but use it fast or freeze it. Not much selection of household goods like cleaning products.

Very clean & well organized. Staff is always nice. Isles dont get re-arranged so Im always able to get in and out quick since items are always in same place. Very affordable too.

This store is always clean. The floors are always polished. The aisles are wide and the lighting brightens up the store.The produce section offers a wide variety and selection of fruits and vegetables.The meat department always has a nice selection to choose from. A employee always comes out to assist.I like the Jamaican and Mexican sections as well.Sometimes there arent enough check out personnel and lines can get rather long. However the store is a great place to shop. Good job.

Im standing back from another customer, waiting for her to finish her shopping in soup. An employee (long dark hair; seemed she was placing prices on items) with a headset on walks up and stands directly behind me, leaving maybe a foot between us. I had to ask her to move (because of the 6 feet recommendations). She acted oblivious to the problem, as talking into the headset seemed more important.At the checkout, the cashier (Shaniquel) was too busy entertaining her fellow associates to speak to me. She continued talking and laughing with them throughout. The only thing she spoke directly to me was to tell me that all cold items were bagged together (they should be anyway).

This sells continental food and drink you cannot get anywhere else at a decent price. They sell Heinz vegetarian baked beans which is what I specifically wanted as the USA baked beans are all too sweet! They also sell Mexican drinks (sodas) that o havent seen anywhere but in some Mexican restaurants. A great find. They sell USA food and drink also... Like a regular supermarket!

Went looking for fresh fruits and vegetables during my visit with family. Trying to maintain a health diet while away from my normal routine, didnt find what I wanted the most which was peaches. But my parents did manage to find groceries to take home and cook.

I love a clean store. The floors in here were sparkling. They have a great selection of items--very good prices on poultry and produce. Wish they had frog legs in stock today but Ill check back often. Also they have adorable shopping cart cars for the littlest shoppers to enjoy while dad and mom gather necessities. Lastly the cashiers are so friendly and knowledgeable. I generally shop the Douglasville and Lithia Springs locations--we will definitely be frequenting this one as well!

Lower the prices or taxes

Great place to get groceries. Fully stocked with a variety of goods, both American and international foods to choose from.

Some of the baggers dont seem to be taking the current Covid situation seriously. Touching their faces while bagging. Then the bagger loosened the top on one of my items and when I got home it had completely spilled out on to all the other items in that bag. Usually the staff is more attentive but this time it wasnt the same.

I had no idea that it was a Food Depot on Northside Drive and now that I know Im super excited. I was confused about my grocery shopping and I was taken care of without any agitation from any of the employees they were very helpful and I appreciate their service. They even brought my groceries out to my vehicle which is a plus. I will be returning and Im so happy that they put a Food Depot in that spot.
