By far the most unprofessional customer service in GA. They make up their own rules as to how they accommodate each customer and Tia is the worst she is rude and told me she didnt want my to accept my pawn n asked me to leave when already have 2 other accounts there. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. I would not recommend this pawn shop to anyone

Absolutely the worst pawn shop in Ga. Employees wont help with telling prices and the ones that are priced are over what brand new products cost!!!! Will never do business with this place!!!!

They are always glad to see there customers and they have fair prices since they switched management the place has just gotten better. I recommend everyone to shop here

Im an hour and a half away from them and order for me to drive that far and not waste my gas and my time not to mention money asked what all they had in stock of theses brands but they said i had to drive to come see inventory that they were unable to tell me what all they had i was prepared to spend thousands of dollars, a simple typing on their computer of said brand and a readout of what all they had their customer service sucks

I hate I even have to give them one star. The customer service is horrible at this place. Use to go there. I would pawn my lawn mower and get 100 dollars. They did that the first 2 times I pawned. The 3rd time I went to pawn it a girl that I had never seen before waited on me. Said she would give me 50 dollars on my pawn. I nicely explained to her that they had done it for 100 the past 2 times and I really needed the hundred. It was an expensive Murphy push mower. I had to break the handle down and get it in and out of the trunk of my car. I was a little upset and let her know. She told me to leave that they couldnt help me.That was 2 years ago. Havent been back since. She was rude. She could have given me 100 she just didnt want to. I dont remember her name but I hope she doesnt work there anymore. That day when I left there I went to Shurlington Pawn and got 70 for it. They are really nice there. The guy even came out and unloaded my mower and put the handle back together for me. I will never go to Cash America Pawn ever again. They really suck. They know nothing about customer service. The customers keep them in business. Rude employees are bad for business. I wouldnt lose a bit of sleep if they went out of business. If you have something to pawn I recommend Shurlington Pawn or Old South Pawn. Both of those places are awesome with friendly employees.Old South Pawn gives out free ice cream in the summer. It is yummy.😋

This is the best pawn shop in Macon, Ga. The women that work there have always been super kind and friendly. From what I have seen and from my own experience they rarely turn people down. I wish all business had employees like the ones there.

They will sell u stuff that doesnt work and when u call them to let them know it doesnt it they want do anything about it

If I could rate this place a zero I would. This place is absolutely terrible. The service is awful and they lie about all charges, they dont tell you about any of the charges they get you with last minute. You cant pay over the phone or pay with a debit card. The people just seem like they dont even want to work here. Honestly, save yourself the trip and go to another pawn shop because this place is complete garbage.
