“The Pharmacy staff are flat incompetent” lazy and corrupt. IF we refuse to pay we’re prosecuted and eternally carry a criminal record. But when they do it they don’t even apologize or own the mistake and told me to go back to the hospital and get another prescription for the 14 I already PAID for then they’ll fulfill the neglected 14. INSTEAD of being just, giving what was called for and going to bigger bottle that fit full 40 they refused for sloths

Had appt at 3:30. Waited an hour to be seen and they took people who walked 8n after us before us. So you punish the punctual and reward those who dont care to be on time. Regret scheduling here, will look for follow up appt elsewhere.

Faster service than most other major pharmacies, but as with all pharmacies, they are crowded sometimes. Pharmacy is closed for lunch from 1,:30 to 2 p.mThe store offers a variety of services in addition to the pharmacy. Plenty of parking. You can browse movies at the Red Box outside, you can get photos printed, and you can drop off packages. I recently used Walgreens a couple of times to drop off UPS shipments. Sometimes they cant immediately give you a receipt and tracking number, so they text the info if you select that option. Personally, i just use my cell to take a picture of my shipments inside the store. The pharmacists are pretty helpful.

Go get your shot somewhere else. 1.5 hours and I had an appointment.

The manager and cashier were extremely helpful. I tried to purchase a greendot moneypak. The manager walked over a got the card for me after pointing me in the right direction. I have a spinal injury and she could tell I was in pain. I truly appreciate when people go the extra mile when they really dont have to. Thanks Walgreens!!!

Great store but Did not enjoy my trip today. Mid age black woman cashing me out today yelled with aggravation after I couldn’t here here when she asked me if I had a card. She also yelled at the disabled older woman in front of me because she was taking her time looking at socks. WILL NOT be going back.

Best Pharmacy ever I have experienced

31 Aug: I called the 1800 number for Walgreens to cancel my order after I received a second notice that my picture is ready for pick up. The operators response was to call the store to cancel it. I explained that the store cant find it or track it. Then I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then transferred to cosmetics. Good job Walgreens. Way to have terrible customer support.30 Aug: I used Walgreens online services to have a photo printed. The system sent me an email that it was ready for pick up. When I got there the staff couldnt find it or track the order. Although the email sent me a tracking order, apparently Walgreens doesnt have the capability to track something with the number THEY send me. Their only workaround was to ask me to send it again, but could not guarantee that it would work. I ended up going to FedEx Office and will do so from now on.

This place can’t seem to get it together. Super shady at night. Pharmacy doesn’t get the prescriptions completed in time. I’ve also had problems with them not having medicine in stock. Employees are rude and don’t mind having you wait.

I pride myself on good customer service and this location has dropped the ball several times in reference to their lack of customer service. Ive never had any issues in the Pharmacy....Just on the front end. Staff is rude at times and needs to tighten up. During My visit there yesterday I decided to drop off my fed ex so, I was approached at the photo counter by a male associate who greeted me Hey, Whats going on? 🤔Then he forgot his scanner and told me hed be right back, a few moments later a female manager approached and she didnt greet me at all 🤔...simply scanned my package and walked away toward the back & said Okay, thats it!...really. 🤔 No good morning, no have a nice day nothing 🤔. As she was walking away, I had to ask HER for a receipt 🤔 She tells me I cant get a paper receipt, but I can punch my email in and have it sent. I should NOT have had to ask for a receipt. 💯 I then ask her why the lack of customer service but she ignored me so I asked her again, and how a manager could feel this way about customer service . She simply shrugged her shoulders and brushed me off. 🤔 At this point I realize that the associate must be following this mgrs lead in regards to customer service. ☹️ But little did I realize that the buck didnt stop there, nope because later on had a conversation with the STore mgr, who on the sleek tried to insinuate that I was lying by condescending me throughout are conversation. I shouldnt have to avoid this location at all cost, they need to GET IT TOGETHER! I live 90 seconds from this store and it is convenient for me to stop here. I have been shopping Walgreens for over 25 years and I have never encountered such disrespect, disregard and lack of consumer service from this many staff members at one location in one day in my entire life! shame on you Walgreens, the staff needs a refresher customer service class or sit and watch some 2018 videos on how to treat customers.

Very rude and patronizing pharmacy tech. I have heard others complain about this particular employee. Seems she speaks to people in this manner for sport. Blatantly rude and with a smile on her face. Completely misunderstood me and continued to patronize. I’ll spend the thousands I pay for meds somewhere where they treat others with respect and kindness.

I have been getting my medications from there for almost five years and I have not had a problem one time. When a pharmacy is busy you should expect to have to wait a few extra minutes. But some people are just impatient.

I am so shocked at the poor logistics and customer service of the Walgreens photo service. I placed an order online and went to this store to pick it up when I received the email stating it was ready. Not only did the employee working say that she couldn’t find my order but said if I did it again, there was no way to promise she’d get them. She was terribly unhelpful. I’m not sure why anyone would use this service if it wasn’t a given that they’d receive their product.

I googled the store nearest me for the photo department. Was presented with the app for iPhone and saw that you could upload and crop photos and select the size. So I did my thing and picked my sizes and hit submit. Oh and did I mention there was a 40% off coupon for using the app? After I submitted on the app I couldnt review my order or anything so after a few minutes I called the store to insure they received them and the young man on the phone said they were ready already!!! Great service. Will remain a frequent shopper.

Absolutely excellent staff, especially pharmacy. fast, nice, and friendly!

All I know about this place is that since the traffic light beside it is so slow you can sprint in and get a monster or few while sitting in traffic so props to them for the fast service👏👏
