Pump #2. My credit card was locked before I got gas. When I asked the attendant she just said I dont know why that happens, just wait a while and it will release. 14 minutes later it did but I was going to have to reinsert the card. Not wanting to chance having it stuck again, Im choosing to buy gas elsewhere!

Just another reason to not stop at this Shell gas station. Theyve finally updated their pumps but yet several dont work. Most frustrating is the pumps are not programmed to handle rewards. You have to go inside the store to use your rewards. Not impressed. Especially in the middle of a pandemic. If theyre trying to drive customers into the store, not good, rewarding loyal customers by causing them greater inconvenience, exposure, and time.

Dirty, no soap in the ladies bathroom. The gal at the register said We know. Getting a shipment tomorrow

Careful because the clerk/managers will steal from you,,they stole from my dad...They will turn on wrong pump and when somebody else pumps the gas and leaves they will not turn your pump on and says mgr has to settle it,,she only gave him $23 out of the $25 he was owed. And home office will not address the problem after 2 tries..Never again at a circle k or shell gas anywhere!

Im totally fed up with this Shell gas station .They have plenty of parking but everyone seems to think its fine to park at a pump and go shop in the store for 15+ minutes, then come out and pump gas. Meanwhile, those of us needing gas and paying at the pump have no chance of getting gas. Thus happens at this station all the time. I couldnt even get into the parking lot this afternoon because so many cars were lined up trying to get to a pump. Put an attendant out there or make half of your pumps pay at the pump and NO parking. My business is going elsewhere and I spend a good $400 a month on gas.

I felt very uncomfortable when stopping here for gas. According to gasbuddy app, they had the cheapest gas in the area along the interstate besides Sams Club which was closed. Half of the pumps were bagged or said cash only. There were several homeless people creeping around. Normally homeless people are no bother, but I was scared we were going to be approached and I am uncomfortable with that at 930pm with kids in the car.
