Dealing with this pharmacy is miserable. They never (and I do mean never in two years of going here) answer the phone when I call - even when I stay on the line for 30+ minutes. They frequently do not refill my prescription, the wait is always excessive (never waited less than 30-40 minutes here), and it takes days for them to even get back to me about refills. In addition, the people working there are frequently rude and dismissive when I have dealt with them.

This is the most dysfunctional CVS I’ve ever been to. The drive through takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get through and they refuse to answer the phone. I’ve sat on hold for 40 minutes before. They told me they would order a prescription and never called to let me know that they couldn’t get it, so I didn’t find out until the day I needed to pick it up that they still didn’t have it.

They don’t answer calls!

Theirs always an issue with the pharmacy. Never have medicine ready. They need to do better. Customer service is everything

This is the single worst CVS I’ve ever been to. They drastically understaff the pharmacy at all times. Drive through takes 30 minutes. Good luck having them answer your phone calls. If my insurance let me go to any other pharmacy in the world I would never use CVS again.

I made an appointment to get tested for COVID-19. They are making me wait in a line of cars that include people who didn’t make an appointment. I drove down from Atlanta because I needed to get tested before I could go back to work and this was the only place I could find. It’s been 30min since my appointment time and there’s at least 5 cars ahead of meEdit: Don’t even bother calling this store. They have five different menus and take 2min to explain everything before you can say what you want. And when you finally get through to someone they hang up

I just called to check on my fiances prescription and the woman who I spoke with was very Rude and Unprofessional, to say the least!I had to Repeat guy information to her 4 Times. Its understandable that its difficult sometimes to understand someone. Then she told me that he Was Not in their system. I replied, hes not?Then rudely she again repeated that he was not. And she Very Rudely and Very slowly, using syllables, repeated his name and date of birth back to me.That was totally uncalled for!And she had The First and Last name Wrong! And his Birth year Wrong!So, for the 5th time, I repeated again, and like she did before, I used syllables too. She then found it in their system and when she told me the price.... She was, again, Rude and used syllables, as if I had no sense to myself. Lol.I told her, thank you for your Help and Kindness, and I hung up.Her Entire Attitude and Her Lack of Customer Service was Pitiful.Poor CVS on Pio Nono store # 2472, for having such a Rude and Antisocial employee. If she doesnt like her job, maybe she needs to find another where she wont Have To come in contact with the public, in store or by phone. After today, we Will Not be using This CVS again. (Sorry for the long review)

Shopping there is very pleasant and easy . there are hardly ever any lines BUT when it comes to the pharmacy portion; the workers are nice but they are just so slow ! The wait is too long when you called in your medicine way ahead of time .

The staff are always helpful other than the manager. One can tell he hates his life and projects that sentiment openly.
