I usually love coming to this store and I’ve spent a lot of money here but whoever the cashier is with the long black hair with blonde tips is the most unfriendly worker they have ever had. Everyone is usually really friendly. I asked how she was doing today, no response…didn’t tell me the total of my purchase, didn’t ask me if I wanted a receipt, I told her to have a good day, no response. Also, she was on her phone the entire time I was standing at the counter. When you work with the public, this is unacceptable!!

Good place if you need something late at night. Sometimes the parking lot can be terribly crowded.

The night cashier did not give me the right change back when asked about it he told me he gave it to me if but to come back at 6am. When I came back they refused to let me see the cameras but took his side. They were the rudiest people I have ever meet

Almost got denied service to buy some smokes because the cashier dont do dogs and left her coworker to do it, I recommend yall train your staff on ADA laws. My Dog wasnt causing an issue but her attitude may one day.

Fast and convenient

So as a manager your response is its not ur fault!!We stopped to get ice cream from the rainbow swirl cone machine. It didnt have any colored swirls for our two cones. U think the manager offered to even look at the machine, refill the syrup, or give us a coupon? Her exact words, barely looking up from that same clipboard another review mentioned, its not my fault u can put them in the trash. I said who else can i tell? U appear to be the manager?Hint: if a customer informs u of an issue, offer a solution. Not an excuse.

I was shopping here at all hours of the day/night. When they first opened, all was well because it was brand new. Over the last month, though, things have changed. Going in during the night hours now means the clip board used for counting inventory is more important than I am, even though I am the ONLY customer in there. Two days ago, I went in at 5:00am and found that the muffins/donuts case was empty. When I asked why, this guy said, Its only 5:00 in the morning! Gee, thats the reason I needed that muffin - so I could eat it at work (where I needed to be soon). The cashier (Anita) also felt the need to repeat things that were on the screen of the card machine, as if I couldnt read it for myself or that she had better things to do (I was the ONLY customer there). Then she copped an attitude because I said I had it! Customer service has just left the building, obviously. Any other time of the day, employees are talking to each other instead of talking to the customer. Im taking my business elsewhere.

I stopped in to make a purchase and feel i was not served by cashier because of my race. Not the first time that i have been treated this way .

Nice Store Inside... But even though its in North Macon and Brand New Store.That Doesnt keep the Bums and Young Teen Beggers from Standing Outside the Door or Sneaking up behind you while Pumping Gas. Begging and Having some BS story why they your change and dollars... Be Careful....
