Hot topic is nothing like it used to be. Theres nothing wrong with this particular location or the people. Its the business model. Hot topic used to sell unique things. Now, everything is a copy of a copy of a copy. Mass produced generic merchandise.

Always like a little visit here. A lot of merchandise to choose from. Staff is always friendly and store is clean.

Manager is awesome and always speaks to you. Store stays pretty clean and well organized. Online ordering is great for in-store pickup

It was near closing on a Sunday, and I dont fit the typical demographics for this store, but no one spoke when we came in. Also kinda tired of looking at the same Rock t-shirts....Time to freshen up the selection at all of the stores. This one is a small Hot Topic, so very crowded with merchandise and hard to move around. Always a fun place to go, but never find anything new to buy.....

Although I did not find the imagine dragons t-shirt I was looking for, they had good prices and deals. I got three t-shirts and three pins for $53.27. Overall I am happy with the service and will come again.

The workers are always great, prices not so much. I found a pair of sunglasses that had the same price as a tee. Other than the prices its really great.

If you buy anything from Hot Topic, be sure the price is correct. I went into the store and they ordered the item online for me because they did not have it in the store. I didnt realize at the time that they overcharged me. I could have ordered myself online and paid shipping for cheaper than I paid in the store. I made several calls to the corporate office and they were going to refund the difference to me. Well it has been over a week since my last conversation and today they tell me they processed the refund on December 22nd. Im not sure how that is possible when the original charge hit my bank account on December 23rd. How do you issue a refund for money you dont yet have? Now they want to me to contact my bank....I am looking at my account genius!!! Oh and they want me to call them back after 24 hours so they can look into it. NO...get me a supervisor!!! Rest assured I will no longer purchase anything from this company and I will make sure this problem is communicated to everyone I know.

If you like metal bands and goth this is the place! They have t-shirts, TV show collectables, and even body jewelry. Nice people and great ambience music.

The merchandise the store carries is ridiculous and vapid but the sales people I have encountered were always very friendly.
