My in store experience was fine. Everyone was helpful and professional. The installers however left much to be desired. It was a father son team. They were courteous and seemed professional, but looking at their work after leaving I saw they had broken some baseboards, a threshold, & closet shelf. They did a terrible job on the stairs as well. When they came back to do repairs I was astonished at the sorry job they did. The father glued the threshold semi-together actually gluing the wood to my brand new carpet! Never ever again. Wish I could post a picture.🤦🏻‍♀️ And don’t get me started on the stairs.I didn’t bother to call back again...no sense in it if they couldn’t repair their 1st botched job.

Was looking for a small piece of carpet for a truck I was restoring, cant believe they didnt even charge me for it. Have used them in the past for other things also but this was a great surprise! Thank you SO MUCH!

The salesman told me he could help me. All I needed was a small bathroom tiled. At first he said he could without a problem. When he came to measure he found complaints and said it was not where he could give me a price, but he had given me one. I dont think he wanted to do the job. We took our business to another business, bought the tile and laid it ourselves. Sorry your company lost money. We wont waste our time going there again. We are remodeling and will go to a company that wants the business.

Worst company to deal with. Empty promises and lies on dates of installation and delivery of vinyl. The actual contractor didn’t show up on some days, and when he did he brought his dog with him who he let roam around the house. Your better off going to a store like Lowe’s or Home Depot because at least there is someone higher up the chain of command who cares.

Terrible customer service. Had the work done in April 2019, here it is May 2019 and the vinyl is arleady rolling up. Had a plumber come out and was told that the wood work was wrong. Ive taken pictures of everything and plan on going to court.
