I dont care what people say about West Macon, I enjoyed shopping at Shoe Carnival. I found the perfect shoes I were looking for, a pair of Sketcher and Moccasin. Customer Service was AWESOME ❤

The employees here are so nice and thoughtful. Have been to this location several times. It is always clean and has a nice selection.

Good selection and prices. Dont forget to check the clearance section! My mom even found something here and thats saying something.

Limited selection and high price. Had to order on line to get what we wanted and at a better price. To many people standing around doing nothing but talking to each other.

Found a nice pair of sandals and the caahiee was helpful in showing me how to save using online coupons.

We always find shoes for the whole family and love the sales. The prices are reasonable and i love to spend the wheel. I always buy 2 or more shoes when i go. The only downside to the store is ko sale associates floating the floor to see if we need help we kinda on our own but if we do go ask they will help us. Im not saying they dont buy whenever i go in were greeted but noone ever ask to we need help.

Small selection of work shoes. Much smaller than the Shoe Carnival in Duluth where I bought my previous pair. Waited in line probably 15 for someone to take the shoes I was returning so I could walk around the store. One person in front of me and they were telling the longest story ever. 🙄

This store has a fairly good selection of wide width shoes which are hard to find. The staff are courteous..I like this store very much. Would give 5 stars if there was a larger selection of wide width shoes.

They simply dont carry any shoes in my style.

Bought some shoes from here and the bottoms started detaching after the first wear so I returned them. I later rebought the same shoe because I really liked it and figured it was just a faulty pair. But the pair I bought the second time was the SAME PAIR I had returned a week before!!Not only were they damaged, they were worn and returned back to the shelf! And when I explained this to the manager on duty...no reaction. Nothing. Just returned it and moved on. Just made it seem like that’s something that happens frequently.Times that hard?

You shouldnt be open to sale shoes if you cant measure your customers shoe size.

Will not go back. Ive always used shoe carnival for my kids but the rudeness will not be tolerated. The last 2 times Ive went, I dealt with the same employee. She gets very rude when I decline the reward card. Like its my choice. No thanks, Ill go elsewhere

I must give an overdue “shout-out” to two cashiers at Shoe Carnival on Presidential Parkway. Back in September, I was desperately looking for a pair of shoes for an occasion I was going to. I called Shoe Carnival right before it was about to close and spoke to Zakyia Bryant. This young lady went above and beyond to help me out that night. She was able to find a pair of shoes, in my size, over the phone, that were exactly what I needed. She put my name on the box and left them for me to pick up the next day. When I arrived the next day, I spoke to Samencia Rogers. She showed me the same courtesy that I received from Ms. Bryant the night before. Advised me of the sale that was going on and I ended up leaving with not one, but two pairs of shoes that evening. I was a VERY happy customer. I hope these two ladies are still working there. I want their manager to know just how awesome they both were and that they absolutely did more than what I had expected. I appreciate them both.-A.M. Jackson

Shoe Carnival has really changed their selections. I used to be able to purchase about 4 pairs of shoes at one time. Now, most trips are wasted. I can hardly find anything.
