We walked into Rooms To Go thinking we were going to try and buy one specific mattress, but ended up loving a whole different one! Had the best experience furniture shopping today at rooms to go! Harrison was wonderful! He gave us enough space to feel comfortable but was always there if we had questions. He was so patient with us testing out every mattress in the store. He was knowledgeable and had a great attitude!!! Eddie Keeling Jr helped us at RTG today to narrow down a search for the perfect power reclining leather sofa for our den. He greeted us very cordially and directed us to all the areas of the showroom where we could find them. He checked on us several times and helped us with all the features on the final three we selected. Then was again helpful and patient as we narrowed it down to the one! Nancy and George Slappey.

Mickey was very helpful in finding the kind of furniture that I was looking for. She is very knowledgeable and fun to be around, and I hope to have her assistance on my next visit.

We usually use Rooms to Go for all of our furniture. The one positive I can say is we ordered a new sectional and it was delivered within a week. Now the negatives. The delivery driver was insanely rude on the phone and the gentlemen carrying the sofas in destroyed our door frame/weather stripping. Then when they went to actually set up our sofas, instead of reading the instructions on how to assemble the feet, they just put them on there incorrectly. This led us to believe we were missing two sofa feet and the feet to the ottoman. When we called customer support to figure out what could be done, the expected time frame to provide the missing feet could be close to 90 days. This would mean we’d have no place to sit for almost 3 months. We were only offered $50 refunded for the delivery and nothing for the setup, which we paid for. Once we called our sales agent Eddie, he went above and beyond to help us out. He went and checked the delivery truck to make sure the missing feet weren’t in there. He told us where to possibly look in the sofas we had sitting in our living room. Then he sent us pictures of the feet of the display sofa to see if it matched what was done to ours. Come to find out, the delivery people didn’t even read the instructions on assembly and threw two feet into one corner of the sofa. Needless to say we probably won’t be ordering furniture from Rooms to Go any time soon.

Upon pulling into the parking lot - clean and ample parking.Was greeted by Harrison, as soon as we entered, and shown around. Gave us time to ourselves while we contemplated what we wanted and then swooped in with expert insight and helped us make our decision! Very knowledgeable of current/future trends and sales/delivery expectations.If youre in/out of the area and looking for a full set or that one piece thats going to make your room pop - this is a definite! Make sure to take advantage of the July 4th sales!

We purchased our sectional 1st week of August and got it the last day of August. Upon delivery the bottom part of the dust cover was tore up and one of the delivery man just shrugged it and even made a comment that he himself prefers to take them so that he can vacuum them. That’s his preference not ours. Since we’ve waited long enough for our sectional we didn’t say anything more about it. And then not even a month yet I noticed that one of the throw pillows is tearing because of low quality. We paid quite a hefty price but the quality is not that good.

I had such a positive experience working with Harrison from the Macon location. He listened to what I was interested in, gave me opinions on his favorite pieces in my price range and that met my list of goals, and let me loose on the floor. While he did still check in, he gave me the space to discover what I liked on my own, and didnt try to upsell me with anything else when I brought him the list I was interested in more information on. I did decide to go with a couch from another location, but will for sure be returning to rooms to go for future needs and asking for Harrison specifically. Cannot get in contact with anyone after purchase of faulty mattress! Busy # everytime I call now for past 2 weeks! We went with them last 3 mattresses for my husband, was promised a refund if he wasnt 100% satisfied! Contacted them they sent inspector out to reinforce mattress was faulty not even 30 days! So they only want to give us another mattress? I requested even store credit bc my husband still having major issues, we finally went elsewhere but still cannot get in contact with anyone to get another mattress! We had planned to look into a sectional but not now!

The delivery is a nightmare. I ordered a couch back in May/June and they told me they were backed up and it would be August before delivery. I had my delivery scheduled for today 8/14/21 and they had to call and reschedule because the driver had an emergency which is fine but this same thing happened last month as well when I had a chair delivery. If your driver has that many emergencies maybe you need to find a new one. I feel as if its just an excuse to reschedule my delivery since I am told that every time I have a delivery. This couch was the 3rd order from rooms to go in the past 3 months that was not delivered on the scheduled delivery date.

Worst mistake I’ve ever made in my life. If I could go back in time I would physically drag myself away from here. Save yourself the headache and NEVER shop at ANY Rooms To Go! The delivery process is the absolute worst! Your order WILL NOT GET DELIVERED! But trust and believe they’ll still charge you for it! And the customer service is a complete joke!!!Just get your furniture from somewhere else. It’s never worth the loss of peace and the immense regret you’ll feel giving your hard earned money to this crooked company!

After further discussion and showing him the dresser drawer we wanted to match, he took us straight to the nightstand with just the right color. He is very knowledgeable of what is in the store. On April 30, 2021 I purchased a sofa and chair from Rooms to Go in Macon, GA. The furniture was scheduled for delivery on June 5, 2021. On June 4, 2021 I confirmed my delivery for June 5, 2021 between the hours of 4:00pm and 8:00pm. On June 5, 2021, I kept an eye on the tracking of my delivery which resulted in me seeing a change in my estimated delivery. It was now scheduled for between 6:00pm and 10:00pm. Shortly after I noticed the change, I received a call from Rooms to Go informing me of the delivery change. During the call I was told during the delivery would most likely be after 10:00pm. Later, the delivery tracker estimated time of delivery changed once again to reflect a time of 8:00pm to 11:59pm. I called the Macon, GA Rooms to Go office. The person I spoke to contacted the dispatch service and reassured me my delivery would most like occur between 9:00pm and 9:30pm. Throughout the evening I continued to watch the ETA change. At one point, I saw the ETA as being a time that ended in 12:05am. I did not hear anything about my furniture until the next morning when I got a call the company was on the way. They not only laid the sofa back on the pavement they also tore the sofa in two places. One of the two places is not a big deal as it is on the bottom; however, the other tear occurred to the fabric itself on the back of the sofa where you sit. Additionally, the delivery men could not figure out how to get the sofa maneuvered around a tight corner. I had to instruct them on how to do this. I doubt the guys delivering the future even noticed or cared they tore the sofa in two spots despite myself knowing from the audible sound of it tearing.

Today I bought a wonderful sofa at a stellar price, and remarkable financing options to boot!But even with all those stupendous qualities, the thing that made my experience the best was Eddie Jr. my sales associate. He took the time, dedication and care that can be compared to none. Wandering in, you are greeted right away, and while this can sometimes lend a customer to think we are in for a car salesman experience, Eddie, taught me what I needed ans left me be to browse checking in from time to time, till I was ready, and once I was he was relatable and reliable. 10/10 I do recommend.

They have a huge selection of floor model furniture, but everything (literally every single thing) is out of stock, and has been for quite some time. Prices are reasonable, and staff is friendly enough. But if you want to actually bring home the furniture you buy within the next two/three weeks (or sometimes 3+ months!) you may want to look elsewhere.

Crooks! Salesman’s will tell you if you buy the $400 warranty everything is covered..well it’s not. More like a bad used car dealership, promise you something and won’t honor it. I spoke with the manger (Robert) and was told the salesman doesn’t work there anymore and I’m out of luck on getting my sofa repaired or any money back out of the $4000 spent..I would advise on going somewhere else. The Salesman’s are liars and the manager will back up the lies!

I have been a loyal customer of RTG for 6years, and over this time I have had a great experience until I purchased my first sofa/ loveseat. Over the past three years, we have received poor quality sofa/loveseat and have exchanged 8 times. During the re-selections, we have payed more money in hope of getting better quaintly but to our surprise .. failure again. We have repeatedly asked for our money but by several managers, but was informed that that was not RTG policy. My question is, if the product’s quality repeatedly doesn’t meet your household need and you have paid more and more money into this company. At what point will you be respected and treated fairly? My suggestion to you is, be mindful of this pretty faces and smiles that greets you at the door, because this your concerns after you have spent thousands of dollars don’t mean nothing to them once the product is delivered.

The place itself is very nice, customer service was excellent when we stepped through the front doors. We were looking for a couch, and through a lot of thorough searching (at multiple furniture stores), we found a sofa we liked on May 20, 2021. Hooray! Our amazing salesman Brandon delivers us the news that the couch wont be able to be delivered until June 9th, which we accept and agree on the 3 week time window. He schedules the delivery, we pay in full, including a $70 delivery/set up fee for our single sofa to be delivered to our empty apartment. I ask for the day off, everything is set in place. Fast forward, I get a text a few days prior to our scheduled date, stating they would be arriving with the sofa any where from 7 am to 11 am. Now its June 9th, and we are so ready for our sofa! I get a text from the Rooms To Go delivery team this morning, saying they expect to arrive anywhere from 9 am to 1 pm. I proceed to get another text at 11:30 am, stating they were 8 minutes away, and they couldnt wait to help us redecorate. And then nothing. I wait around thinking its odd but I understand I am not the only customer and things can come up. I wait 30 minutes past 1 pm (the end of the time window they gave me), and finally decide to call and ask where in the hell is my sofa, but cant get through. Rooms To Go calls back about an hour later, now 2:30 pm, and informs me they were never able to load my sofa on the truck from THIS MORNING, and it was never going to be delivered. I never received a phone call, email, or text saying that it was not ever loaded. In fact, I received a text saying THEY WERE EIGHT MINUTES AWAY. I am so frustrated that I asked for a day off from a highly demanding job (three weeks in advance for this day), paid for this delivery, waited around patiently for the time window they gave me, and couldnt even receive a simple courtesy call that my sofa was never loaded in the first place. The customer service agent on the phone offers an apology and states my couch now cannot be delivered until next week, even though the Rooms To Go location is less than a mile from my apartment. Now we have to wait another week for the sofa, and I am starting to wish I would have paid for a different sofa through another company just for the lack of courtesy this place had to offer me. Hopefully next week the couch will be delivered, though I am highly annoyed they have wasted my time and that I paid $70 for a delivery that never happened. In conclusion, $700 plus for one sofa, lack of courtesy, inaccurate communication and a long wait time is the price I have paid with this company so far. It may be my first and last experience. Two stars because Brandon was awesome.

We purchased 2 bedroom sets approximately 3 - 4 months ago. At that time we were told about the extended delivery date to Covid which was fine. We were given a delivery date of June 16, 2021 between 2pm - 6pm. We got a call in between those hours stating the had a delivery 20 mins away and we would be their next stop. We waited until 8:45pm before leaving to get dinner. We tried calling the number back that but was unable to get through to anyone. We finally get a call around 9pm while we were out that they were there. So they left. We contacted rooms to go to see when our furniture could be redelivered. We are being told nothing can be done for 48 hours. Even though not our fault we are being punished. We are having family stay over and they have no where to sleep. Thanks for your TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and INCONVENIENCE!!!

Robert Perry is excellent and spent a ton of time with us to get us exactly what we needed. He also followed up on my order weeks later and got an earlier delivery date and gave me the new sale price without even asking him to. The manager was friendly as well and was around to help his sales associates. Love the products of the store as well.
