All too often businesses are criticized for what they do wrong, but some forget to compliment when they really get it right. And in my case, this company got it right again being that the first sale was almost two years ago. As it turned out, the local authorities requested our company to relocate two real estate signs that our company purchased and had installed by FastSigns in late 2013. When I phoned Bryant about the situation, he never asked why, made excuses of how much time it would take, nothing. He said he and his staff would make the correction, and did that prior to a deadline of the threat of the signs possibly being removed by the DOT. I appreciated his quick attention to this matter, and will certainly do business with this company in the future again.
