Great selection of fabric and craft items. The sales people are very helpful in selections. The store is easy to maneuver. Handicap accessible. Plenty of parking.

Joann’s always has everything! The service is great in store, and online. I had some money saved up, and went on a craft spree. Yarn, sewing, machines, everything you could think of! Even candles! I highly recommend this place. Will be returning ❤️ God bless. I hope everyone stays safe.

This fabric store never disappoints. I was able to find the gold satin fabric I was looking for an associate cutting the fabric was friendly as well.

I buy fabric here to make quilts. Just be careful. I have bought fabric that had long cut in it. But I kept it and used anyway.

Went in looking for some macrame supplies.....didnt find any.But I found a couple great things on clearance!And the women at the counter - was Fantastic!!

Store was clean. Staff was friendly. Elizabeth in the sewing section was especially helpful. In the craft (planner) area had alot of empty shelves, not sure if this was in preparation for new products. An overall pleasant experience.

Im not gonna lie, I love this store! I am new to sewing and I can spend forever looking at fabrics. There are many amazing items too many to try to mention. I can always get excellent deals through the app and with coupons. For yarns I do prefer Hobby Lobby though. For sewing stuff I prefer JOANN.

Im super big on arts and crafts so this store was heaven for me. They even have a candle section where my husband and myself spent like 10 minutes sniffing candles.

My experience was one that I will remember. My friend and I had fun just browsing around the store.

Nice big store, well lit, really modern sewing machines there, clean, well staffed. Even the bathroom was clean.

The store is filled of everything we need for crafting. Michelle cut our fabric at the fabric counter and was an absolute delight. We live in Warner Robins but the selection is far better in Macon.

Why is it.. ..the employees have a problem with you using the COUPONS from Joanns!!! Doing 2 transactions is NOT hurting youre bottom line...its helping. I dont wonder now, why theres NO ONE in line!! Fayetteville has nicer employees. If possible...go there instead!!

Jo-Anns Fabric at this location always has amazing deals and amazing material I love the place customer service is always friendly. I would say the only change that needs to be made is the musics volume the music is way too loud and kind of takes away from the consumers shopping experience other than that its a great location with unbeatable deals

This place is wonderful and so are the employees! I wish I knew her name, but yesterday one of the employees helped us find coupons so we didnt have to pay as much, it was only about 8 dollars less, but still, they are so kind.

Nice but expensive. Better have coupons.They DO NOT sell sewing machines except the more expensive ones made by Vikings (I think that is the name). There is a really rude rep there with those machines. She had dark hair and glasses.

Always has the best staff, store is clean and well organized, lines can get long but cashiers get back up quickly amd honestly there arent many places now a days without a lack of cashiers. They are never fully staffed to get customers moving through the checkout. You can have a line half a mile long and only one cashier and management doesnt seem to care. Employees do not offer assistance. Go to Hobby Lobby!! Dont waste your time here.

I sew alot and use their coupons,but some of the signs arent clear i bought a few flowers that were marked 70% off not knowing they were already marked,i thought that the 2.99 price was the original and the 70%was off of that,so when i left i wasnt sure why my bill was so high,i spent extra because of the sign,it was just small picks that she said were 10 originally

Very limited in items. Feels as if it is not really stocked. They do not offer classes through Joanns but there is a sewing class that happens there.

Double check your receipt if something is on sale. I got home and I didnt get the sale price. Now I have to go back when I dont need anything else. Irritating. Clean store. Nothing bowled me over here.
