Everyone was sooo nice and they are very reasonable! They are cheaper than the places in Warner Robins! I was given a certificate and used it to monogram a pair of pajama bottoms that was given to me and I love them! Definitely coming back here!

We use Macon Monogramming for our work shirts @ Butler Toyota. In the three years I have been using them not a single one of my work shirts has picked and the monogramming is always great looking! Their prices are fair and we enjoy working with them.

Great little embroidery shop in Macon. Weve used them several times for logo embroidery on company shirts and jackets. Our orders were typically completed within 2 to 3 business days. We did have one item that was embroidered with the wrong size logo, but they offered to cover the cost of item, but we still liked the way it turned out, so we settled on a credit for that embroidery job. Price for standard logo embroidery were competitive with other shops. Would be nice to receive a call, email, or text when order is ready for pick-up but they do give you an estimate on when your order will be completed so not the biggest deal.Side note: As another reviewer stated, the TRUMP displays seemed like a bit of a statement and a little off-putting but to each their own.

Ive been very happy with their work and dedication to being an inclusive store, so I was shocked to see the store had chosen to dedicate two prominent display areas at the only register to sell Trump/Pence items. Lets be clear; these were NOT items typically monogrammed nor were there patriotic / American gear, items from the current President, etc. As a well-educated patriotic American, I support the Constitution and American values for freedom; as such, I cannot monetarily support any establishment that glorifies a person who spouts sexist, racist, and fake news regardless of his job title. I support the private business owners right to support a candidate and my right to not be complicit by monetarily supporting them. Best wishes.

A good friend of mine has used Macon Monogram for years and went in last week to have a shirt done for me and they had doubled in price for the same type of service. The manager was rude and said the prices had changed 30% for some items but this had doubled. We will not be using Macon Monogram any longer. Would not recommend them...!!!

Super sweet staff and great turn around time!

I took something to be monogrammed last Monday and they told me because they were backed up because of school orders It would take a week to get my order back. Macon Monogramming required I pay up front so I did. I gave specific instructions on what I wanted. When I returned today to pick up my order it was not what I specified. I asked to speak to the owner who took my order and explained why I was not happy. I had my receipt where it specified what I wanted. She told me the first letter in the name I wanted matched the letter I wanted duplicated however because I asked for a different font the lower case letters did not match they were much smaller. Her response to me was you didnt ask about those lower case letters? I told her that was her responsibility to explain that to me. She told me she would fix it for 50% off. Really! I have to pay for a mistake they made. I dont think so. She told me thats all she could do. I was not happy and she gave me an attitude. I took my things and went elsewhere. The monogramming company I went to felt bad and really appreciates my business and was going to fix what Macon Monogramming messed up for free. I have much more things to be monogrammed and will never go back to Macon Monogramming again. Obviously they do not need the business. Macon Georgia is a small town and word of mouth can either make you or break you. Its obvious customer service is not their strong point.

We have never had anything but good experiences with Macon Monogramming. They have done many orders for our company some being a few hundred items. They have always done a very good job and Brad has always been very courteous. Dont let a few bad reviews keep you away, most people dont say anything when the service is good and Brad and the crew have many loyal customers. Also, to give a business a low rating because they support a particular candidate is ridiculous. It has nothing to do with the quality of the service or the products. Am I to deduce that you are a bad person and you dont deserve to exist because you dont believe the way I do? If you want good monogramming or printing on fabric of any kind go see Brad.

Ive used Macon Monogram for years, especially for baby gifts or unique items for special people. When I recently stopped by, I was literally stopped in my tracks to see Trump/Pence merchandise prominently displayed. While I respect the owners right to support any candidate, I can not, in good conscience, support an establishment that glorifies a self-serving ideology that promotes hate, bigotry, and dishonesty, while dividing our nation and preying on the ignorance of basically good people. Ill miss shopping there, but when you get a sick feeling in the pit of your stomach just by walking in, its the wrong thing. #grabyourwallet
