Absolutely amazing customer service. They came to my moms retirement community, pumped her tire and followed her back to the shop (he tried to fix it right there but couldn’t). It took a total of 5 mins and he was so kind and helpful. Great all around service!!

I liked it. They were nice.

They had me in quick and got me taken care of nicely. The people had a pro attitude and did the job right.I didnt know exactly what I needed, so they advised me as to the best way to get my car on the road again. They got the nail out and plugged the tire and had me back in my car within 30 minutes (pretty great with how busy they were)

Ive used Vineville Tire Co several times and I will continue to for all my auto repairs. The staff is awesome! This last time my car was overheating. They found out what the problem was and even put a brand new part in my car and didnt charge me for it because it was still under warranty from previous work I had done there. They are very honest and do top quality work! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing car maintenance or repairs.

My mother has been using vineville tire for decades. She is very fond of the place and strictly uses them for their customer service. However, it is a locally owned business and therefore is on the more expensive side for any work they do. They always do excellent work. It does have an extremely limited parking space and the actual building is not modern at all. It certainly is a local repair shop and probably not recommended if you are from out of town or unfamiliar with the area.
