I broke down 150 miles from home. My car got towed there at the height of the pandemic. They quoted me out a very fair price.. Fixed my car and Ive never had another problem.. Thanks to Karin and everyone. Highly recommended

Very helpful when I dropped my car off. Karen was nice and listened to the issues I was having with my vehicle. Look forward to hearing from them soon as to what the issues are with my car as another repair shop was unable to complete repairs.

The mechanics are great. The first time I went everything was explained to me and I had great service. I didn’t realize the receptionist wasn’t there that day. Every since then each interaction is negative. She is the gateway to the mechanics and I’m sure they are losing money over her. She verbatim told me that maybe their “computers are old” when the diagnostic didn’t show the problem. She suggested I try somewhere else. If she knew their computers were old, why did they charge me $130 for the diagnostic? I have a feeling the mechanics would not have handled it this way. Too bad, I have lost confidence in this company and I feel like I was scammed. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau immediately.

The front office is very hospitable with me. Theyve promised to provide me with quotes to do work on my classic Mercedes, but, never hear from them. My conversations with them are always substantive and about German engineering. I am hurt about this.

I was considering a 2007 BMW 750 Li that Five Star Ford Lincoln was offering for $2,900+ excluding tax and fees which brought the price up to $4,124, about 30 minutes away. We (me and my parents) did not become aware of any issues with this vehicle except that things such as the radio did not work and it needed two new front tires, at the least.I signed a loan agreement to take the car to have it checked by a mechanic. Upon starting it to go to European Auto Clinic, there was a lot of white smoke initially produced from the back which I didnt remember seeing so much of the night I test drove it. Well, we brought it here for a buyers check and found out that there were plenty more issues. Something like oil in 6 of 8 cylinders, it needed an automatic transmission pan, valve body sleeve, valve cover gasket, oil pressure switch, and a crankshaft sensor signal. Even before the diagnostics the woman was shaking her head asking why I didnt choose a 3- or 5-series or whatever. She said that they have oil leaks, that is, the 7-series. But I was further told by someone else that was around there that those kind of cars may or can last for a long time if regular maintenance is really taken care of (and he said that 15,000 miles is too long), but that people may often get those sporty cars and the only maintenance they really do is fill it with gas to drive it like a race car. I might save up more money for a car like this. I liked that I took it to them for diagnostic information.

Had the pleasure of meeting Josef and his wife (who works at the front desk) when dropping off my 1989 Mercedes Benz 190E. The problem was quickly diagnosed and I was back on the road safely again. They were both very courteous and will have my business from here forward! Thank you!

They are extremely rude and very unprofessional. Will not give you a straight answer nor let you speak. Rudely interrupted me while trying to find the start of my daughters vehicle. Hung up the phone on me after the wife and husband both yelled at me on the phone. Will never use their services again.

The lady that is at the front desk is very smug, trying to look you up and down and figure out if you can pay, what ever they deem the appropriate price to be.This is not a friendly establishment; unless you are going to give them carte blanche.I suggest not going here, I would suggest paying a couple dollars more at the dealership and having the respect a paying customer deserves; shown.34 years and they are still in business, just means they choose who, they will respect, read: American Express Black Card and everyone else, is irrelevant.

I RARELY leave reviews on anything, but felt the need to here given some of the 1-star reviews I read vs. my experience with them. Great people and great service. Front office receptionist was so nice and helpful. Some one star reviews complaining about poor service and staff friendliness almost made me not take my car here, but I’m glad I did. Older classic car had so many problems that other shops weren’t even willing to do the work. I ended up taking it here because they were willing to look at it. It was difficult getting the car in, and I had to call a few times to get it scheduled, but they were clearly very busy and no other shops would even agree to take it. Once I got it scheduled, they were fast and attentive. They are very knowledgeable, explained all the problems, fixed a lot of them in a reasonable amount of time and made suggestions about the best way to proceed with remaining work given all the issues with the car. Would recommended to anyone needing work on European cars, old or new.
