I got my 08 Hyundai Azera towed to this shop in March 2019, I talked to the a lady on the phone, who was the secretary. I told her that my car had been sitting for a few months and I had been trying to get it back on the road. I had just moved to Macon Ga and did not exactly know where to take my car for repairs. I told her the 6 issues going on with the car, asking her was it possible for A n M automotive to repair. I told them Specifically what the issues were. After a week on a Saturday my family and I went out of town. A n M automotive called me and told me that they had my vehicle ready. My family and I made Accommodations to pick up the vehicle, even though the business owners said they had a funeral to go to that day. I told them over the phone that It could wait til Monday, but they claimed they really wanted to get my car back to me. They fixed NOTHING!!!!! A n M, charged me 800 for repairs and vehicle was driving worse then i have ever felt. I tried to give them another chance and found a way to get my car back to the shop. After three weeks of Basically no contact from the shop, the owner told me they switched shops and relocated my car without my consent. I confronted one of the employees about what was going on with my car and told him A n M had 48 hours to repair my car, or else I was going to get my car out of their possession. After 72 of no contact I waited in the hot sun with my family for 3 hours for A n M to open the gate get my car. In conclusion I had to called the police because my car was Disassembled and all of my parts were in the back seat. This business does not take customers seriously and wasted my time and money. My other car is in the shop due to a accident, if A n M automotive had repaired my car as promised, I would not have had to pay for a rental out of my pocket. I’ve never met the owner, everyone claims that their name is mike, the address on this listing is invalid, and the shop is Nonexistent. And the crazy part about everything is they plan on getting another shop!!! Please do not fall victim and waste your time or money.

Our van was having transmission issues on a Sunday while we were traveling to our vacation. I love that this company was open and came to us to help us addres the situation. We would definitely recommend this company to anyine in need of auto services. The guys were great, a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable.
